Charming Vineyard experience in France!

Nuestra estadía en el viñedo fue realmente insuperable. Pasamos 2 semanas increíbles, rodeados de naturaleza, en medio de una zona de viñedos con un paisaje increíble. Además, aprendimos mucho sobre la producción de vino, sobre la cultural local (francesa y turca) y pudimos recorrer un pueblo mágico como Saint-Emilion. Pero lo más importante fue haber compartido con Gokhan y toda su familia. Son personas maravillosas, con un corazón enorme, una alegría única y muchas ganas de compartir sus ganas, su conocimiento y su cultura con otra gente. Lo recomiendo completamente!

Gokhan siempre desde el primer minuto nos recibió muy cálidamente, cumplió con todo lo que prometió y siempre fue muy amable. Respetaba nuestro espacio,nuestros tiempos y ritmos. Nosotros trabajábamos siempre acorde a las horas establecidas pero a nuestro ritmo y nunca nos molestó ni nos presionó para cumplir determinada orden o trabajo. Se lo nota muy entusiasmado con lo que hace en cuanto al viñedo nos enseñó y aprendimos un montón acerca de los vinos y personalmente le deseo lo mejor en lo profesional y lo personal de cara al futuro porque realmente se lo merece tanto él como su familia.

The winery was a home away from home! Gokhan and Esra made sure we were comfortable and treated us like family. Our room had an ensuite and a small kitchenette. It was perfect and private. The time of year was relatively quiet for winemaking work but Gokhan made sure to involve us where possible. We tended to the vines and did small renovation/housekeeping tasks. We also cooked meals and grocery shopped which we really enjoyed being able to do for the house. Our free time was respected and we were encouraged to explore. We loved our time here and know you will too!

I spent 4 weeks volunteering at Chateu the winery with Gokhan and Esra and it was a truly wonderful experience. Throughout my work I learned the full process of wine making from scratch from Gokhan and got to immerse with the local culture in Castillon of wine making. The host family are, very kind and smiley people and their dog Ouzo and their cat Sasha are the cutest pets. Overall I was as happy as I can be and I reccomend it to anyone thinking of ever working in a vineyard.

The winery is an incredible place surrounded by vineyards and full of nature. Gokhan is the best host ever! He and his family are wonderful people full of love, and their pets are beautiful. Working hours and days off are respected. We are leaving very happy and eager to return.

It was our first experience as volunteers and I can say it's the best place to do it. Gokhan, family, friend, Ouso and Sasha received as so well. Every day we feel at home. Confortable place to stay, good place to learn about wine (also drink :D), have fun and relax on the farm. Near St Emilion which is beatiful village. Such a perfect experience.

You gave us two beautiful weeks — so kind, joyful, generous, and always willing to help! We learned a lot about wine, but even more about different ways of living and enjoying life. We had the most incredible time at the Chateaux! Gokhan was generous, kind and welcoming. He taught us so much about wine and gave us the opportunity to explore Saint Emilion and Bordeaux. The work was flexible and lots of fun! Ouzo and Sasha (dog and cat) made us feel right at home :) We truly had the best time and the experience is something we will never forget! We hope to come back again soon. I cannot recommend it more!

Gokhan was the absolute best! His dog (Ouzo) and cat (Sasha) are incredibly cute and friendly! This experience is perfect for anyone who can take care of themselves, enjoys a glass of wine and is keen to learn more about life in a the winery. Could not recommend more 🔆❤️

This place is wonderful!! We had an amazing time and learned so much. We fell in love with the castle, its peacefulness, and with Gokhan—as well as Uszo and Sasha, an awesome dog and cat!! Gokhan is truly amazing—he always made sure we were comfortable and happy, and we felt that way the entire time. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place to the fullest, 1000%! We met some really great people! We also got to meet some of Gokhan's family, and they're all such kind and wonderful people. The room was a 10 out of 10, and the comfort too—10 out of 10. Everything we agreed on was respected.🥰
