What a blast it was to volunteer at the hostel Berlin the hostel, man. The whole team is absolutely incredible and fun, and our manager Lisa is truly the best. I had the opportunity to learn a bit of bartending, practice some maintenance, learn a bit of German, and even craft some Christmas decorations! It was really fun, and I will never forget this time here. Thank you, guys! <3

My volunteering experience in the hostel was truly amazing. Everything was well organized, and I could really feel that they had a deep understanding of what volunteering means. I learned new things during my time there. Also I was lucky with volunteer mates🫠The staff were all incredibly kind and supportive, and Lisa, the hotel manager, is honestly an angel🤍 I'm very grateful for this experience.

This was my very first Worldpackers experience, and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better start. But the real magic of this experience was the people. As someone fresh out of high school, new to the working world, I really appreciated how patiently they explained everything to me without any pressure. There was such a mix of cultures, which made bonding even easier and more special. I learned so much, not only about the job but about people and life. I would 100% recommend this host to anyone, you'll feel like you're part of a family. I'm so grateful for every single person I met here.

Working at the hostel has been great. In the role of maintenance assistant I learned new useful reparing and maintaining skills such as gardening, changing gutters, applying sillicone, fixing stuff, unclogging and much more. Unexpected events to handle with the House Technician can be fun too. I am thankful to the manager for being clear, straight and doing the best to accomodate the worldpackers in the house, I felt comfortable and well reiceived by the working team at the stay. There are also kitchen, bar and housekeeping shifts with different schedules. I can recommend this host.

I spent two and a half months volunteering at the hostel and it was an incredible experience. The work was fair and the flexible schedule gave me lots of time to explore Berlin. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I met amazing people who felt like family. Lisa, the host, was super kind and supportive throughout my stay. The hostel was always clean and had a great vibe—like a real home away from home. I'm so grateful for this experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to volunteer in Berlin.

It was a wonderful experience. It's a very beautiful place, with people willing to teach and help you. Everything was very organized and based on respect. I met incredible people with whom we were able to share cultural experiences and enjoy this wonderful city, Berlin. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Lisa is very kind. I'm so grateful to her for giving us this incredible opportunity. This is my third volunteer placement, and I can assure they truly capture the essence of what volunteering is all about.

This was my first Worldpackers experience but it was absolutely amazing! The shifts were flexible and fun to do! It is a bit further from the city but public transport is very accessible and rides throughout the night as well. What made the trip really worth it were all the people I met at the hostel, the workers and other volunteers were so welcoming and nice, it was very easy to make friends. I would definitely recommend this to other Worldpackers!!

I could not imagine a better place to discover Berlin than here. The place is huge, and the facilities are nice. We had a nice room with everything we needed. The breakfast is great, and dinner is really good too. I've met wonderful people, that I'll surely miss. Lisa is always open to help, and is super flexible with the working schedule. The tasks are not demanding, and the staff is cool and friendly. Even though it's location is not centric, it's fairly easy to move around, with a lot of tram and buses options. There are may stores, and supermarkets around, as some East Berlin museums.

It was my first time volunteering via worldpackers and it was a pretty good start. Almost all of the people there are very nice. When I did a few mistakes people there treated me generously. I liked it that the system is well organized. I really appreciate Lisa for giving me the chance to stay there.
