It was a good and very chill experience volunteering at the hostel. The working hours and tasks were easy and flexible, and most of the staff were nice and friendly. The living conditions weren't the best but still fine. The downside is the location...you need to go up and down a lot to everything including supermarkets, restaurants, and nightlife. Also it's not the best areas to stay in Rio. Overall, I appreciated the calming environment despite some minor inconveniences.

I had a wonderful time at the hostel. It was my first volunteering expierience and I loved it. I was welcomed with extremely open arms by all the staff and felt very listened to and treated with respect. I never felt alone because I was like part of a family. The hostel has a quiet atmosphere and you have the chance to meet many international travellers. The work was easy to manage and was well explained to me, I really enjoyed it. I can recommend this hostel to everyone! Thank you Dani, Kiko, Smiles, Leandro and the whole work team for the great time!!

Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience! I really enjoyed working at the hostel, the work was really chilled and you have the possibility to meet a lot of new people. The hostel is very nice and has a calm atmosphere. I asked Dani to get one whole weekend off to go for a trip which was amazing! Thank you much for having me, I hope I can come back one day!

Minha experiência no hostel foi perfeita. A equipe, os hóspedes, o espaço e localização e tudo perfeito! Recomendo muito, o trabalho é leve, bem coordenado e eles fizeram uma escala junto com meu trabalho que é uma coisa que eu valorizo muito!

I loved the place and the vibe, I think the work team is very nice and organized, I will miss them a lot: Daniela, Esther, Caleb, Leandro, Juan, German, Cris, Aisha, Mati and all the people who They are part of the work team. I'll never forget them ❤️

Minha experiência no hostel foi muito boa. Sou muito grato à equipe, tive diversas ocasiões em que por motivos de trabalho precisei mudar de turno, e os dirigentes e voluntários se mostraram muito dispostos a me ajudar. A verdade é que é um hostel muito confortável, muito bem localizado e o horário de funcionamento é ideal

Best hostel I volunteered for so far! When you manage the stairs you have a nice view and you got a pool to cool off. Hostel is chill, nice to meet people and still really close to a party hostels or lapa for a night out. Dani and the rest of the team made me feel welcome right away and the work was easy and not a lot. I highly recommend :)
