Volunteering at the hostel was honestly one of the best experiences I've had. The staff are incredible people, and I couldn't have asked for a better boss or a better group of volunteers to work alongside. The hostel grounds are stunning, the location is perfect, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel at home from day one. You definitely need to be social, and there are times when the work can feel like a lot — but it's absolutely worth it. The connections you make, the memories you create, and the environment you get to be a part of make the experience unforgettable!

This was my first volunteering experience far from home, and without a doubt, doing it at the hostel was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Nathan started out as my manager and became one of my closest friends. My fellow volunteers and all the hostel staff, especially Marge and Gian, I'm gonna miss you so much. I totally recommend this experience for people who are outgoing, love meeting new people, and enjoy the lively, social atmosphere of Boracay. Every day was a mix of work, fun, and learning surrounded by amazing people. I miss you all so much, see you very soon, Boracay💕

I truly loved my stay here, it was such a rewarding experience! These were the best three weeks I've had in the Philippines. The staff is amazing, and the other volunteers, along with the manager, you can feel like home, they definitely make the experience even better. I really connected with the island, it's such a great place to stay. During my time here, I also developed my social skills and improved my English a bit. I'm very grateful for everything and for all the wonderful memories I made! Hope to come back in the future.

It was a good experience, some times I did more than 32hours in the week because don't had volunteers enough and Nathan don't checked the hours, just did the schedule, but other week I told w/ him about the hours and he gave me a extra night free to keep my hours inside 32hours. The place is really nice and the “job” is really easy, especially if u like to talk with everyone and party every night, because basically that is the “work” hahah

Volunteering in the hostel was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The hosts and the staff were amazing! Super friendly and welcoming, and everyone felt like family from day one. Even during low season, there was always something happening , from beach days to parties and fun activities. The vibe was super social and energetic, and I met amazing people. The other volunteers were also lovely, Nathan and Meven the best hosts I've had! I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun, non stopping party and meaningful adventure! The island is also very beautiful!

From the beginning I felt very welcomed by all the staff, everyone was so nice. The place is amazing and proposes many activities and events for the guests that are all great. I've loved promoting and hosting, I truly feel like I have improved my skills. I also got to socialize with the guests as well as with the staff which really allowed me to learn about other cultures and make new friends. I wished there was more communication and organization sometimes, but Meven (the new manager) always made me feel like I was listened to, and is eager to solve the problems and make the place even better

I volunteered at the hostel and appreciated the free daily meal, 50% discount, and the great communal areas. However, the volunteer experience could use improvement. Communication with management was often unclear, the workload was heavier than expected, and volunteers are required to host every event without a solid schedule. I also only had one day off after nearly two weeks of work. The volunteers apartment had mold and insects. Overall entire management in the hostel should improve for every person that works /volunteers there.
