The hostel Ipanema hostel , the best volunteering experience ever in RIO ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great facilities, acommodation 10/10. I helped in digital marketing for 2 months. I highly recommend for its professionalism as a leading company in the tourism sector. It's a high standard hostel with international level of quality. I want to highlight the amazing front desk team(Peter, Silas, Lucas) and the cleaning staff . Fred, Eduardo and Ivan were amazing! (The boss team ✨) . Hugo the manager has a unique leadership style: he is solution-oriented, empathic, experienced. I recommend the hostel! 10/10 🎉

The hostel was a great hostel. They had a very relaxed vibe, one block from the beach. That simply could not be beat. The beds were great. The AC worked. The showers were hot, and the water had pressure. If you're looking for a party hostel, Maybe there are other hostels that might fit that description better. However, if you want a nice hostel with a relaxed vibe, this is it!

Minha experiência no hostel foi incrível! Localização é PERFEITA, uma quadra da praia de Ipanema, próximo do metrô e diversos comércios como padarias, farmácias etc trabalhei no bar, tinha folga fixa e os horários e tarefas foram respeitados como combinado.Quarto dos voluntários só tem duas camas, ou seja, só dividi com mais uma pessoa e isso foi muito positivo. Porém o quarto tem bastante umidade. Equipe muito querida, todos muito receptivos. Destaco Silas e Fábio, ambos da recepção que foram verdadeiros amigos. E os voluntários com quem compartilhei o período, que sorte eu tive! Amei o hostel

The hostel is a really nice hostel in a great location and the manager Reinaldo as well as the rest of the staff are all really accommodating and lovely. Reinaldo himself is very flexible, understanding and overall just generally a great guy. I think there's definitely some improvements that could be made in terms of volunteer accommodation and also the owners interaction with volunteers but other than that it's a good time. Overall I would recommend! 😎🤩

Minha experiência no hostel foi maravilhosa toda a equipe do Hostel fez com que me sentisse em casa o Julio é maravilho e o Fabio é uma das minhas melhores companhias, o serviço é bem tranquilo e da pra conhecer pessoas do todo o mundo a localização é excelente e o hostel permite diversas chances de participar de festas, trilhas e outras atividades que permitem descobrir a cidade de um jeito unico recomendo sem hesitar.

NOT RECOMMENDED - Volunteers are expected to do unpaid work for the owners' other businesses, which generate profit for them. - The accommodation is inadequate: the room provided was a storage room, shared during high season by up to three people, with mattresses on the floor instead of proper beds. - There is constant staff turnover, with frequent dismissals, creating an unstable and stressful environment. - Unlike other hostels, this place offers no additional benefits such as breakfast or spending allowances. Overall, the conditions and benefits do not justify the work required.

The staff at the hostel were amazing and super helpful, The room was very small and sometimes we had 3 people staying in it, one would have a mattress on the floor (this was due to owners not wanting volunteers in dorms room) Management were very apologetic when this happened and tried there best to fit us in other dorms rooms but we were moved around a lot without communication, But we did have a room that was just for volunteers so we could keep our stuff there

Eu tive uma experiência maravilhosa no hostel. Queria deixar minha profunda gratidão ao Júlio pela oportunidade e por sempre me tratar com tanto carinho. Criei uma grande conexão com os outros funcionários, uma amizade pra levar pra vida. O voluntariado foi incrível, o trabalho no bar é super tranquilo, o horário é bem respeitado e fora que dá pra conhecer muitas pessoas e fazer amizades do mundo todo. Amei fazer parte da equipe do hostel ❤️
