Amei a experiência! Eduardo foi super simpático conosco desde o início, lugar é ótimo para conhecer pessoas e socializar! Para praticar idiomas também é ideal. As tarefas não são difíceis e sobra bastante tempo para conhecer Valparaíso (que por sinal é uma cidade muito linda). Super recomendo essa experiência.

My 3 weeks in Valparaiso were very good. The city and surrounding areas are georgeous and full with street arts, beautiful beaches and nature. I received a warm welcome by Eduardo and all the volunteers and immediately felt appreciated. Also the guests are very nice and you meet a lot of locals, so if you want to practice your spanish I highly recommend volunteering here. The work was very easy and the shifts were agreed in advance. Together we watched a lot of soccer, talked and just had fun. As well there is always a full the guest house fridge :)

Meu tempo na Casa Azul foi surreal, sinto que tenho uma família em Valpo 💙 Foi uma experiência muito massa, eu levo um tempinho até me sentir mais solta num novo lugar e tive esse tempo respeitado. O Cristian e o Edu foram incríveis, são super abertos para conversar e resolver qualquer problema. Além disso, sempre fazem algo no hostel para estimular a interação de voluntários e hóspedes. Quanto ao trabalho é bem tranquilo, os horários são respeitados e também flexíveis. Adquiri experiência e vivi momentos lindos lá e que pena que acabou, mas fiz grandes amigos que vou levar para sempre 🩷

It was a good experience... Valparaíso in itself is a great place to stay, the volunteers were lovely to me, incredible people who welcomed me, and not to mention the guests lol... the hours are from 8am to 1pm and from 1pm. until 6 p.m( Christian buys food and you have the opportunity to cook or buy your own food, we also have the volunteer house which is where we meet and it's far from the hotel so it's quiet (3 min walk), plus parties every Thursday, Friday and Saturday, there wasn't a day that went by that I didn't dance reggaton there in that environment. all of this is very good.

A experiência na guest house and a guest house foi muito boa. O anfitrião nos deu todo auxílio e deixou a vontade durante todo período que estivemos por lá. Só tenho a agradecer a todos inclusive aos voluntários que lá estavam. Se vier terá bons momentos de diversão. Gracias Casa Azul

My experience at Casa azul hostel was really good. The work is really easy and the shifts are fine. The hostel is located at a touristic place, so there are a lot of internacional people to meet. I recommend it.

Recomendo muito o voluntário com a guest house e a guest house, as tarefas e turnos são bem tranquilos, a casa que os voluntários ficam é separado dos hostels o que particurlamente achei bem bacana. Enfim recomendo a todos principalmente para quem deseja praticar muito idiomas, sai praticamente hablante de espanhol!

My experience was one to remember. It was my first time and I was there for 2 weeks. The work involved was manageable, except for some stressful times due to lack of organisation. We were provided with free pasta/rice/sauce, along with a bag of veggies and 5 eggs per week. Along with free brekkie but basic (bread, butter, jam). The view from the hostel was stunning, I met some great people, our host was friendly, and I got to practice and improve my spanish, however, the place was quite unhygienic and unorganised. Wasn't exactly my kind of vibe, but amazing for people enjoying the party scene.

I volunteered in La Casa Azul and slept with the other volunteers in a different house 2mins away. The hostel is a cozy place, the work itself is manageable, the host is friendly and provides lots of free food, although, it's definitely lacking in basic hygiene (rat in the kitchen) and organisation. Volunteers manage most cleaning, even after weekly parties in the hostel. It's a very creative space where I met amazing people and improved my Spanish, although, I'd recommend more than beginner Spanish and calm nerves because the place can be fairly unorganised and unhygienic.
