My experience the school was more than amazing! From day one, I felt so welcomed by all the volunteers. The kindergarteners, monks, and football team were full of life and always had us laughing. Every day felt so rewarding teaching them! If you love working with children and want to experience authentic local life in beautiful Si Sa Ket, I couldn't recommend this place enough. Huge thank you to the AMAZING hosts, Nady & Channa, for all they've done for us and the children. Their love for this project is truly inspiring. Can't wait to see you all again❤️

My stay the school Phraiphatthana was amazing! The kids are awsome and the lessons were fun every time! Not only the kids learned and made some real progress but also I for myself did. It gives you so much back to teach the kids and give them a better chance for a good job in future! Also you build up a real connection with them what makes it even harder to leave this place. Not to forget Channa and Nady who are outstanding hosts and make sure that you have an amazing experience on your stay. Thank you for everything✨️

I loved this place. I was immediately warmly welcomed by Channa and all the wonderful volunteers I met, who create a magic environment in which to live, work, have fun and do good...together! I personally loved teaching the young monks, but also working with the kindergarten children, who are very loving and full of energy, and with the football school was very humanly rewarding. And don't miss the opportunity to practice muay thai and train with a professional kru! I will carry this experience in my heart forever because it made it full of joy...absolutely recommended! Thank you the school ❤️

I've had the best experience of my life volunteering the school. It's admirable how Channa and Nady strive to make so many children happy, as well as to teach them English so that you have more opportunities in the future. Kindergarten, the soccer team, and Monks are incredible children and will make you very happy. It was my first volunteer experience, and my English isn't very good, but despite that, it was very easy to adapt! The people in the village are incredibly hospitable, and the children will always want to play with you and will make an effort to understand you. I'd always choose the school:)

The experience was just wonderful! As it was my first time volunteering, I couldn't find a better place. Kids of all ages are LOVELY. And so are Channa and Nady, two sisters that coordinate this place. Such a good souls. This place is a great option to meet other travellers that think alike. Also the nature, surroundings and peace are priceless. If you are responsible for your own work and actions + you want to feel what having a positive impact feels like, I recommend this place 1000%! Much much love to all of you and hope to see you in the future.

Volunteering the school was amazing! I felt very welcomed. The kiddos were so loving, the monks are just so funny and great to teach. They also have a soccer team that is really good and the kids care for the teachers so much. I met great volunteers and it was overall an experience I will talk about for a very long time!

For me this experience the school has been incredible, I decided to change my plans so I could stay an extra week! Channa and Nady are so welcoming and kind and make all the volunteers feel part of the team, with loads of extra activities outside of teaching too. I was apprehensive at first as I had no teaching experience but I have absolutely loved it! The kids are amazing and now have a special place in my heart (the monks especially!!). I will really miss this place and everyone here🤍🤍

This was my first Worldpackers experience and it could not have been better! Everybody was so nice and I immediately felt so comfortable. The accommodation is really good and Nady cooks amazing food for us 🫶🏽 Chana and Nady put so much love and effort into the project! You can definitely tell how important the school is for them. Teaching the kids is really fun and saying goodbye was not easy at all! They definitely need volunteers who are ready to put a little bit of an effort into planning the lessons and teaching because that is their only chance to learn English. Thank you to everyone 💗

This was the best experience I could have ever asked for! Everyone was there was just so lovely and I feel like this school truly makes an incredible impact on the students lives. I particularly loved teaching the monks, they were so funny and didn't act like how I expected them to be! All the children are so eager to learn, the volunteers are always so lovely and Channa and Nady are so sweet and hard working, they looked after us so well.

We had a great time here at the temple, fully immersing ourselves in the local culture. We enjoyed preparing learning materials for the children and had fun teaching them. We also had plenty of free time. Channa and Nady made a great effort to ensure that everyone was doing well. You can organize your teaching schedule freely, which means a lot of self-initiative is required to prepare quality lessons for the benefit of the children.Sometimes I felt that not all volunteers took the preparation as seriously. The children and monks and the village-people are really friendly. Thanks Channa & Co.
