Even it has the best facilities, the experience is not really good. The shifts rules and lack of team comunication makes it awful. Things like having a list of 100 things you can clean when you have free time during your shift, you can not rest or talk to other people during your shift, and if you finish your job before, they will find you something else to clean. It feels like they are doing you a favor leting you in, and you need to work hard to probe they need you. But all the people from the reception is great, all of them are really amamzing, open and willing to help anytime.

First of all, it's great to see you loved our brilliant team so much! There's a lot of reasons we've been awarded #1 hostel of our size worldwide, but we definitely think that's one of the main ones. :)

We take great pride in arranging a fun and diverse experience for our volunteers here at our hostel, from the facilities and environment we provide to the time you spend with us on your tasks. We are quite upfront and clear, however, about the time (20 hours per week) that we ask you spend on your tasks and that we of course expect this time is spent productively - however facilitating a social environment for your peers and fellow travellers is of course important, and encouraged!

A M A Z I N G! I had a amazing experience at the hostel Hotel! The staff (volunteers and workers) is great; the schedule was made every week and I was able to manage it with others activities. The Infrastructure is really as it is showed. I had so much fun there! I strongly recomendo the hostel. ♡
