I had a great time volunteering at the hotel! The host Arturo was super accommodating, especially considering I gave him less than 24hrs notice that I would like to volunteer since my previous volunteer experience wasn't as expected. He was able to accommodate me quickly and I felt welcome among the other volunteers immediately. Arturo is very flexible with scheduling if you would like to explore other areas of Costa Rica and it is easy to trade shifts with other volunteers which is convenient as well. The hostel is in a perfect location close to the beach & activities. I had no issues

I spent almost a month at the hotel as a volunteer, and I already feel nostalgic about not being there anymore :( There was a great connection between the volunteers and the guests. Thank you to Arturo for his trust—he's very attentive, gives great advice, and is flexible when it comes to scheduling! As for the hostel's location, it's just a 1-minute walk from the main street with bars and clubs, and only 3 minutes from the beach. You couldn't ask for a better spot! It was my first volunteering experience and I'm left with incredible memories. Thank you the hotel !!

This experience at the hotel was absolutely exceptional. There are always between three and four volunteers, the shifts are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and you share the shifts with them. Tamarindo is absolutely beautiful and the hotel is three-minute walk from the beach (be careful, everything is expensive). Arturo, the manager, tries his best to accommodate you and is very kind and super interesting. Meals and laundry are not included. If you want to surf, party and meet travelers from all over the world, this is definitely the best volunteering you can dream of.

My time in the hotel was amazing. It's very clean and chill (at the same time very easy to socialize if you want that). Arturo always had an open ear and was ready to help. The hostel is located in a perfect area in Tamarindo, which makes it easy to go out or to surf at the beach. The schedule is well-made and let you plenty of free time to explore.

I had a incredible experience. The location is excellent, the beach is within walking distance, the bed is cozy, and the kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. Arturo, our host, is very flexible, and the tasks are easy to do. One thing to note is that there's a $5 per kilo laundry fee, but I prefer to do it myself to save money. I'd like to thank Arturo and his team for their attention and kindness. The other volunteers were also great to meet and hang out with. Thank you the hotel 🏡

My time at the hotel was truly enjoyable. On a daily basis, I interacted with guests at the reception, assisting them with any questions or needs they had. The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of Tamarindo, making it easy to connect with both locals and fellow travelers. It's a great spot if you're open to meeting new people while also having time to enjoy the beach, surf, and vibrant nightlife. A big thank you to Arturo and the entire the hotel team for making this experience memorable!

Great location just a few minutes from the beach and a lot of food and shopping options around, having a store right downstairs was also very convenient. AC is available but limited so it can be a bit hot sometimes. Arturo is very understanding as long as you are doing your part
