My time at the hostel was very good… the team is amazing, can't even say how much they helped me. I had a short stay, but enough to enjoy my time there. The hostel is the one to be in Windhoek, so definitely recommend volunteering here to anyone. Braai night is the best!!!

A minha experiência no hostel foi incrível, todos os colaboradores me receberam e me acolheram muito bem. Jackie é muito atenta aos detalhes e tem uma empatia gigante. A energia do hostel é maravilhosa e eu vivi momentos muitos bons, de inicio fiquei em uma tenda privada muito confortável e depois fui para um pequeno quarto privado também, ambas acomodações foram ótimas e me proporcionaram muita privacidade. O trabalho é tranquilo e eu pude aproveitar a cidade no meu tempo livre, espero poder voltar neste local :D

My experience with the hostel could not be better. Jackie is genuinely cares about volunteers, making you feel supoorted and appreciated thoughtout the stay. Super welcoming staff and vert kind, creating a friendly atmosphere. The place is well located and beautiful facilities.

I had a amazing experience in the hostel, everyone is so welcoming! Jackie the owner is an amazing person and the staff is really nice too. I also had the opportunity to go for a tour with them, I really recommend the place to everyone that is looking for this kind of experience! 🥰

One of the best volunteering experiences I've had! Everything went smoothly! The place is great, with a good location, a cozy structure, and an incredibly kind and welcoming team. I had all the support I needed. I spent fun days exchanging experiences with the staff and guests. Jackie is very open to listening, accepting suggestions, and also contributing to us. This is amazing because it creates a great exchange in terms of both the volunteering itself and the overall experience. This way, the work flows much better and becomes even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

The hostel is a nice place! I had to leave before the agreement because the schedule wasn't a good match with my remote job, unfortunately. I stayed in a really good tent and after finished my volunteering I choose to stay there for more days. The team is super friendly and welcoming, Jackie is a great person and comprehensive. I do recommend this the hostel for all those how want get to enjoy Windhoek and also i chill experience.

Jackie and the team were very welcoming, and provided great support throughout the whole time I was there. The role allowed me lots of flexibility to get involved with activities and meet locals and guests! The hostel itself is really cosy and social, they provide free breakfast daily and dinner 4 nights a week which is great! There was a lot to do in Windhoek, lots of markets and day trips you can go to, they also have a great shopping centre and outdoor spaces. Would 100% recommend this placement to anyone looking to spend time in Windhoek and explore Namibia!
