Sin dudar que fue un momento de desintoxicarme de la ciudad, Jamil fue super respetuoso desde el momento 0, nos hicimos amigos y reímos mucho! Aprendí de música y esta muy abierto el espacio para crear arte, leer y aprender. Enseñó sobre las tareas de la finca y el equilibrio del espacio. Muchas gracias ☺️

Ha sido una gran decepción a todos los niveles. No se ha hecho ni un día de voluntariado, siempre había alguna escusa porque hubo 0 feeling entre nosotros. De hecho, en el pueblo nadie sabia de su proyecto. Me parece una persona que no asume ningún error suyo y que su "manera" de vivir es realmente una estafa. Habla de unos valores que no cumple para nada. No me apetece ni contar como fue porque no llegamos ni a comenzar. Nada.recomendable. Una gran decepción. Me hizo gastar dinero, tiempo y energía. Sabe hablar mucho de la espiritualidad pero de una manera muy falsa y sin dar ejemplo de ello.

No sé a qué excusas te refieres pero se te dijo claramente al según día de llegar que no sentíamos colaborar contigo y los perros en el proyecto, ladraban constantemente a todo el mundo, se peleaban entre ellos y hasta trataron de morderme, te pedimos que te fueras y te quedaste 23 días en la caravana, dejándola llena de cigarrillos, muebles rotos, una rueda pinchada y basura y mal olor... Las personas del pueblo molestas por los ladridos cada vez que paseaban por allí..

This was a truly incredible experience, with such a sharp contrast to normalcy. It was eye opening to show we can chose to live more environmentally minded and conscious of our consumption. The host is a fascinating character with an easygoing nature, quick to joke and laugh. With the focus on the farmconnection and musical influence it made for an unparalleled environment. Allowing speech without judgement, encouraging the farm expression and self reflection. The animals were so much fun! Be warned if you have allergies. Bring food if you are not ok with a fully vegetarian diet. 10/10

It was a very beautiful time with Yai. He is a magical and musical person with whom you can talk about anything. Life there is very simple, and you should be prepared for a compost toilet and showering with rainwater. Yai cooks wonderfully, and I already miss all his sweet animals.

Yai was out first volunteering experience and it couldn't have been better. He is kind, empathetic, and intuitive, always tuning into each person's needs. Whether you're up for deep talks, music, creative projects, or just doing your own thing. His home is very rustic and super remote, with sweet animals and simple living (like an outdoor shower and compost toilet) He cooks healthy vegetarian meals, often with eggs from his own chickens. Work was super fair but sometimes physical. We'd love to give a longer review but sadly cannot. Please contact us if you want some deeper insights :)

This was truly such an amazing experience. Yai and Carla were so loving and welcoming. They cooked us amazing meals and spent lots of time playing music and having a good time. I learned so much from thais opportunity. I learned very valuable skills about building and working outdoors. They were so transparent about what the daily tasks were and were more than willing to accommodate to any needs. Being able to stay on such a beautiful property with such amazing people was such a blessing. I fully recommend this work trade!!

Jai and Carla were such lovely hosts. We spent a week on their property, which felt like the perfect amount of time. We helped with building and garden projects around their home and in return they cooked us delicious meals and let us play with their super fun instruments. If you are looking to live communally with people and share meals, good conversation and build connections I would definitely recommend this the farm!
