Programa detallado

The program will be with the help of 4 days a week and with 3 completely free days so you can do what you want, such as touring the city, enjoying the natural surroundings of Asturias, or simply resting in the comforts of our house ☺️

We offer you free access to our "SkoolSurf" school located in front of the beach, with surfing classes throughout the year 🌊 In low season for beginners there are between two and four classes per week, in high season we have classes every day. You can use the surfing equipment every day throughout the year for free too! ​🏄🏻‍♂️​🏄🏼‍♀️​

Inside the house, we have common areas such as a games room, co-working room and garden for you to enjoy 🏓​📚​

Our breakfast is coffee, oatmeal, corn flakes, oil, cocoa, sugar, different flavors of tea, apples, croissants and salt ☕​

We will accompany you and listen to you in everything necessary so that you have a good experience 😄

Actividades & Turnos

We will detail the activities and shifts in which you will help us so that you have all the necessary information!

Photography and video/reel creation of our hostel: Moments at home & surf lessons. Managing our social media (Instagram/Tiktok) by uploading stories, photos and videos! It's important that you like capturing our travelers' moments and try to be present in "freelance" mode!
There will be some reception shifts in the afternoon and night!
We have different events at the night and you will be responsible for organizing them: Ping-Pong Cup - Trivia game and Beer Pong! Each event lasts a maximum of 2 approximately. All activities will be within the agreed-upon shift schedules.
The idea is that you help us approximately 24 hours a week between the reception shifts, organizing the activities, the time to go to the surf lessons to take pictures and make videos for example, and create and publish the general content on our social networks) with 3 days completely free!

It is important that you feel comfortable at all times and that you feel listened to so that you can give your best. We are looking for a person who is proactive, who likes to do things well and who helps create a good energy throughout the house!

Reglas

It's important that you feel free! I have experience since I volunteered 7 times and I was in your place many times. I have been a hostel manager for 4 years and I have received 300 volunteers and all of them have had a good experience leaving good reviews.

It is important from our place to describe some rules to make sure that everyone feels good during this experience:

- Enjoy the experience. You have traveled here to have a good time and take home unique memories!

- Be happy. Joy is contagious and if we all manage to be on the same wavelength, we will make the month unforgettable!

- Be tidy at all times with your belongings. You will share a room with other people on the team and each one has a different culture!

- Be receptive. Maybe we will correct you or tell you if something is not right, but we will never do it in a bad way, you will be with us to help us. We will never treat you as an employee but as a volunteer who comes to exchange their desire to help for a nice experience!

- Take care of the spaces. We are constantly improving our hostel and that takes a lot of effort and money.

- Give it your best. This applies to this experience and to your entire life, when you give it your best, you leave a mark, doors open and new opportunities are created. We want to remember you and miss you when the day comes to leave us!
