Não foi como eu esperava :( e por isso fui embora antes da data. A anfitriã é uma ótima pessoa, porém por ser época de férias e por só ter duas voluntarias, as tarefas e horas de trabalho não cumpriam com a descrição da posição. Apliquei para a posição de estar com as crianças e ajudar com os estudos, porém elas estavam de férias, então acabou que as tarefas eram cuidar da fazenda, além de ir para outra fazenda voluntariar lá também, cerca de 7 horas por dia de trabalho. Além disso, a casa dos voluntários é pouco confortável, passei muito frio pela noite, nao tem internet e agua no banheiro

Lamentamos que tu experiencia no fuera la esperada. Aclaramos que sí tenemos internet 5G y que el baño tiene agua; una noche hubo un corte porque se congelaron las cañerías, algo propio del clima de montaña. La cabaña es rústica, con estufa y guatero. Las tareas incluían una hora diaria de cuidado animal y actividades con niños de 8:30 a 13:00. Coordinamos con la otra voluntaria para equilibrar horarios, pero partiste antes de que se ajustaran. Valoramos el compromiso real y el diálogo honesto.

The 18-day immersion experience with Paula and her children was amazing and reminded me of home a little. The tasks were easy to complete, the food was well provided and I was able to have a good relationship with her family and friends. The only thing I would recommend improving is the volunteer facilities, which are not well maintained, especially the bathroom that cannot be used, so she let us use her bathroom instead :) Overall I recommend this volunteer, it was a pleasure to be with you, thanks for everything.

Minha primeira experiência de voluntariado não poderia ter sido melhor! Obrigada Paula, Hans e Wlad pela hospitalidade e carinho, sempre muito atentos para nos fazer sentir confortáveis. no sítio tive bons momentos de conversa, diversão, além de uma profunda conexão com a natureza e os animais. Um agradecimento especial pela noite incrível de salsa com a Paula, foi mágico! 🩷

Passei pelo sítio e me senti em casa , Paula é super acolhedora , tem bastante ensinamentos e tem empatia pelas pessoas , gostei bastante e me diverti bastante com essa família e me conectei bastante tbm

Foi meu primeiro voluntariado fora do Brasil, e foi uma experiência incrível, a Paula é muito carismática Acordar para alimentar os animais e aprender sobre como é ter uma fazenda, foi muito gratificante pra mim, aprendi muita coisa e a Paula explica direitinho, ajudei na construção e aprendi algumas coisas sobre madeira, gostei muito de como ela baseia a sua vida, sempre conectada com a natureza, procurando sempre estar em sintonia…eu amei conhecer vocês 🖤 foi muito legal deixar uma parte de mim no sítio 🖤 gratidão 🙏🏻 um abraço pra vocês (Paula, hans, Wladimir, princesa, spike)

Foi uma experiência incrível para 1° voluntariado. A Paula é uma Mamacita muy hermosa e com um montón de conhecimento da Natureza. Nunca tinha feito nada assim e foi muito bom. Conectei-me com a natureza, com atividades locais e terapias holísticas. Foi incrível! Tive muita sorte para primeira experiência e o ambiente foi muito descontraído, simples e com muitas risadas pelo meio. Espero que os restantes voluntariados sejam pelo menos parecidos. Obrigada! 😊🌼

I loved my experience working with Paula and her family, it's such a special place. They are very welcoming and accommodating, they make you feel like part of the family. The farm is beautiful and the work is fair. I mainly fed the animals in the mornings and tended to the gardens. They have a beautiful pool to dip into when the afternoons become very hot. I would definitely recommend experiencing this beautiful place ❤️

The house is surrounded by a foresty and hilly area which is beautiful. The tasks were mixed, taking care of the vegetable garden and the chickens & ducks, it was fun. But helping build a house was our favorite! We learned a lot about more sustainable living which was great as well! The kitchen was a bit small for 4 volunteers we think and the communication and organization could have been better. It is a nice place, if you want to have a real ecological farm experience and improve your Spanish.

Paula and her family live in an unique place that you can relax in nature and have a pleasant routine with the animals. We had a good time with the volunteers that collaborate together. You should come with humility and willingness, you will be the student and then the master to transmission. You are autonomous by day, and by night, Paula is here to share good moments and technical knowledge about subjects. Even in the cold of this end of winter, we find some activities such as Salsa Cuban night, delicious meals, a day in the beach, or as karaoke. Having a geek culture helps with the kids !!
