My two weeks at the home exceeded all my expectations. The place is a true paradise: peaceful, welcoming, and full of natural beauty. Afeq, our supervisor, couldn't have been better – always attentive and kind. The tasks are easay to learn and leave plenty of free time to enjoy and explore the island at your own pace. Without a doubt, I would repeat this experience a thousand times over.

My time at the home was fantastic. It is in such a beautiful location in Langkawi, it's close enough so you can see the whole island, nothing is more than a 30min scooter ride away. But it's also far away from the crowds so you can have a real rest in the middle of nature. During my time here, there were always other volunteers so I never felt alone, and the on site manager Afeq made me feel very welcome. The work consists of preparing breakfast for the guests, we get to know the guests and give them recommendations before moving onto our daily chores, cleaning the rooms and gardening.

My stay at the home was really nice. It's such a good place to stay at, un the middle of the rice fields, with beautiful sunsets and cute cats ✨ I met awesome people, volunteers, guests and locals. I would definitely recommend this volunteer mission and overall, Langkawi. Awesome place 🤍

Staying in Kawapadi was amazing! I had the best time. Waking up with those views is like being in paradise! The work consist on prepare the breakfast, clean and prepare the rooms and do gardening. Also, talking with the guests to help them and see how they are doing. In general all the guests were super nice, we also had dinner together with them some times. Afeq is the best manager ever (we love you Afeq). I learnt a lot about other cultures and about Langkawi and Malasia in general. Experience 10/10 . Thanks for all :) I'll keep this place in my heart ❤️

I had a wonderful time here! The place is surrounded by rice fields, making it a fantastic place for scenic walks and connecting with nature. Affik and Mun are super kind, caring and always make sure you feel comfortable. Everything is easy to understand, and we also did some activities together. Communication is easy, everything is well-explained, and I always felt comfortable with the tasks. Very relaxed atmosphere you will quickly feel like home – highly recommend! I'm grateful for the wonderful time I spent here.

It was an amazing experience at the home. I really liked my time there and I was sad to leave. I met some people that I will not forget about and I will surely come back here if I go back to Malaysia. I really recommend this volunteering.

This was my very first experience as a volunteer, and I couldn't have asked for a better one. The work was very simple, clear, and easy to manage, which made it enjoyable and stress-free. Everyone was super Kind and welcoming. I felt comfortable from the very first day and really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere in the middle of the Nature. I would 100% recommend it to any future volunteers

Being in Kawa Padid was very enriching for me!! I highly recommend the experience of volunteering there!! I feel like I have a new home!! Everyone I met in Langkawi was wonderful! I definitely hope to return one day! The volunteer tasks are ok, and Mun always makes sure that the volunteers also enjoy the island and their stay. I thank you very much for everything! This was my first experience on Worldpackers and I met so many amazing people from different backgrounds, and we shared our cultures through genuine conversations and laughter. The work itself was light and manageable, and everyone on the team was super responsible and supportive. Mun and Afeq were incredibly funny, warm, and attentive—they made me feel safe and welcomed from day one. It really felt like being part of a big family. I'm so grateful for this experience and all the people I met along the way!
