Nuestra experiencia fue mixta, Ali el responsable de los voluntarios nos ayudó en todo lo posible y siempre fue receptivo y una gran persona con nosotros, además de tener el lugar en impecables condiciones de limpieza y organización; definitivamente hizo la diferencia en nuestra estadía. Sobre el voluntariado en si, nosotros venimos en dúo, y no se lo recomendaría a aquellos que quieran hacer lo mismo, los horarios son sumamente estrictos (10AM-9PM) días libres separados. El trabajo suele ser relajado, principalmente limpieza de habitaciones, pero toca hacer de todo. Si vienes solo lo vale.

Gracias por vuestra ayuda. Para nosotros también ha sido una experiencia agradable. El horario es de 5 horas en turno de mañana o turno de tarde. Cinco horas cada uno. Entiendo que ha sido vuestra primera experiencia y como pareja es difícil coincidir en los turnos. Habéis tenido pensión completa y habitación privada.

Una Experiencia Inolvidable y Llena de Gratitud Mi estancia fue realmente especial. Desde el primer momento, Héctor y el equipo me recibieron con calidez, haciéndome sentir parte de una gran familia. Las tareas, como la limpieza y ayudar en la cocina, fueron organizadas y gratificantes, permitiéndome contribuir de manera significativa. El alojamiento privado fue muy cómodo y las comidas diarias, deliciosas. En mi tiempo libre, pude explorar la belleza de Córdoba y sumergirme en su rica cultura. Abbiamo vissuto un'esperienza molto positiva grazie a Worldpackers! Il progetto a cui abbiamo partecipato ci ha permesso di conoscere persone fantastiche: i ragazzi con cui abbiamo lavorato erano bravissimi, sempre disponibili e con tanta voglia di fare. Insieme abbiamo creato un bellissimo ambiente di lavo, sereno e collaborativo. L'unico aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato è l'organizzazione dei turni, a volte un po' disordinata, ma nulla che abbia compromesso la qualità dell'esperienza complessiva. Siamo molto grati per questa opportunità, consigliamo a tutti di farla!

I volunteered in Martos and Málaga with Ghizlan and Ali, respectively, and both experiences were great! I spent more time in Martos, where Ghizlan made my stay amazing—she was super kind, patient, and a great companion. Gracias por todo Ghizlan!!! ❤ In Málaga, I didn't spend much time with Ali, but he was very pleasant, respectful, and kind. Hector, the project owner, was always attentive whenever needed. The accommodations were comfortable, and the food was excellent! I highly recommend this experience and truly appreciate everything! :)

I really enjoyed the 5 weeks at the residence. The colleagues are very nice and it was fun talking to the erasmus students. The location is super close to the centre, making it very easy to explore Malaga! When I first joined everything seemed a bit chaotic since stuff members were fired. I felt like a few tasks could have been explained better to me. But now with the new cook everything is much more organised and well maintained! One thing they did not tell me before joining is that they have cockroaches. It was a very cool experience tho and I had so much fun exploring Malaga! Thanks a lot!

We want to thank you for your willingness to participate in this volunteering experience. We deeply value the time and effort people dedicate to contributing to the well-being of others. However, we feel it's important to address a few areas where there is room for improvement.

In this instance, the expected responsibilities of the role were not fully met, as some key tasks remained uncompleted, which impacted the progress of activities. Additionally, we noticed that a lack of attention to hygiene—both personal and within the workspace—led to unforeseen issues, such as the appearance of pests, which affected the environment and other participants.

We believe this feedback can be valuable for future opportunities, and we’re confident that with more attention to these details, you could have a more positive impact on similar projects. Once again, we appreciate your involvement and wish you the very best in your future endeavors. 🌟
