Como siempre en el campo, "cada día trae su afán", así que el trabajo va variando de acuerdo a la necesidad del momento. el proyeto es el lugar ideal si se está buscando tener una experiencia en la China rural, alejado de las grandes MEGA ciudades, con comida local del campo. Su ubicación permite conectarse con la naturaleza y contigo mismo, salir a caminar, disfrutar las montañas, el río, el pueblo. Los empleados del hotel no hablan inglés, así que es perfecto para practicar o aprender algo de Chino. Buen estadía, alimentación y trato muy amable de parte de todos.

El entorno y la estancia fueron mucho mejor de lo que podía imaginar. Si te gusta hacer trabajo de huerto (aunque el trabajo y horario varía según los huéspedes y actividades que haya en ese momento), estar en contacto con la naturaleza, la tranquilidad, lo recomiendo 100%. Yo no sabía nada de chino y aunque sabiendo chino sería una experiencia mucho más enriquecedora, me sentí muy cómoda y siempre nos pudimos entender, especialmente gracias a la pareja que lleva la recepción que son super agradables.

First of all i think they should have clarified there would be no one that can speak english during my stay. Because of that I had a very shallow cultural exchange, close to any. The work is ok, hours respected, food ok. Nature is amazing, the mountains and the river are very nice, and the village across the river is cheap and touristic. After all i think it's still a good place.

I had an amazing time at the project. The hotel is really nice, the staff does not speak english very well but they make you feel at home. And for me the town was amazing.. very quite a lot of nature and incredible landscape. Tottaly recommended!

Peaceful and meaningful stay 🌱 I had a lovely experience at the project & Inn. The hosts were kind, the environment was calming, and the work felt purposeful. My favorite part was spending time with the three kind aunties—they made the place feel like home.

We spent a rewarding 2.5 weeks at the project helping with kids' summer camps, cleaning (hotel rooms and dishes for guests), and farm work (trimming, moving materials, picking fruit). Leo and Snow were very welcoming. Summer heat makes hard work. Our tasks were fairly fixed from the start but we could ask to switch. It's sometimes unclear what is expected of you without Mandarin skills, but patience and positivity go a long way. It was great to meet diverse people from around China and spend time in a beautiful place. Seeing kids interact with nature and bond with each other was a highlight.

Steph and Rob are really nice people. They provide lots of help for Nirvana Organic Farm. Especailly Steph played lots of game in the Summer camp. And they give us lots of nice advice. Thank you so much for all the help. You two impressed me a lot.

The experience at the project was awesome: the family and all the people who work with were welcoming and very kind. The farm is a quite place with plenty of activities to have fun with like climbing, paddling, hiking, riding the bycicle. The activities varied everyday and were all with the aim to support the crew of the farm so you can have the chance to share with all of them. I really suggest this experience to those who have supportive approach and love nature, sport and relaxing time shared with lovely local people.

It was the most wonderful experience I had in china and one of the best in my life. From the kindness and the caring of the hosts and the respect, to the food and the experience with the customers, to experiencing guiling. I would never get that experience for simply traveling by myself

Volunteering at the project was such a nice experience, I learned a lot and enjoyed a lot. I got to meet really incredible people at this place, including the hosts. Liu and Snow are so welcoming, caring and really nice people, I am so glad to have met then and also the ayis. The only thing i would recommend them readjusting is the organization and the work hours; most of days we ended up working for more time than the amount of hours is stipulated in the volunteer position. I really felt like I was with family. Thank you so much the project for everything :)
