My stay at the eco village was absolutely amazing! It was my first volunteer experience and I couldn't have chosen a better place. As I went in November, we were just 8-10 in total living there but it was nonetheless a wonderful 2 weeks for me. I enjoyed the working hours which could be making breakfast/lunch/dinner, laundry or cleaning and the free time as well. We hang out all the volunteers in the library or in the living room by the fire, we played games or watched movies and also went on hikes to places nearby. Would definitely recommend and go back! Miss you already ❤️

It's my second time in the eco village, with only a ten-day break in between, because one month just wasn't enough. Once again, I was welcomed with open arms, met even more incredible people, and had the privilege of watching the community grow. It's an amazing project that I'm proud to be a part of, and I hope to come back very soon.

It's not my first time at the eco village and every time it's more beautiful and connected with people and the vision of the project. the eco village it's more then an experience with volunteers it's deep connection and understanding about share and live life together in the collective experience. I could see each volunteer being able to share their own skills and knowledge. The work is collaborative and intencional for any of the tasks, cooking or agriculture together.

For me the eco village is a one of a kind experience and it is hard for me to actually put this place into words. The people living there and also the volunteers are some of the most amazing, kind and loving people I have ever met. We had beautiful nights singing by the fire, watching the stars and the moon, meaningful conversations, circles and rituals. This place is a home away from home and I can not wait to come back. ✨

A minha experiência foi incrível. Conheci pessoas de diversos lugares do mundo, aprendi muito sobre viver coletivamente. A natureza é extraordinária, há muitas trilhas para fazer por perto e cidadezinhas super charmosas. A comida, feita à muitas mãos, foi um abraço em todas as refeições. Comíamos juntos sempre, deixando esse momento ainda mais especial. Para sustentar a comunidade, o lugar recebe retiros/eventos e os voluntários precisam ser realocados para quartos menos confortáveis nessas ocasiões. Isso não necessariamente é um problema, mas gostaria de ter sido comunicada antes sobre isso.

I can't explain with so little words what my experience in the eco village was. It was a roller-coaster of emotions, mostly positive ones. There are of course things to improve: some communication, organitzacion... but its a work in progress, always trying to improve. However, when i think back of this two months it will be: laughs, dancing, music, cozy or crazy fires, riruals, circles, amazing food, books... And specially pure and full of love people. Eternally grateful for this place (the views!), where i could slowly but strongly find and discover myself. Thanks to everyone i met, I love you♥️🌿🌌

Foi minha primeira experiência como voluntária, e no primeiro momento tive um pequeno impacto devido a maioria falar inglês e eu não. Mas logo fui acolhida por todos, e me adaptei as tarefas e a convivência. Benjamim como os outros foram uns fofos comigo. Aprendi a uma culinária que eu não a conhecia, que foram de forma vegana e vegetariana. Foi um dos tópicos que mais gostei. No todo eu recomendo bastante esta experiência.

I feel deeply grateful. HD is a living sanctuary that connects you with yourself, with nature, with the divine and with extraordinary living beings (whom I truly love). It's enriching, healing, and challenging; a mirror showing who you truly are and what you choose to create. For those seeking purpose, connection, and growth, it offers real transformation. But it's not for comfort seekers; it's for those ready to evolve consciously, moment by moment individually and collectively. the eco village is alive; constantly evolving and its growth or stagnation depends directly on the people who come.

My time at the eco village Community was one of the best decisions I made this year. I met inspiring, like-minded travelers who value wellness, self-healing, and nature. I learned that healing can happen in many ways—through connection, community, and shared growth. The place felt safe, warm, and truly like home. I left feeling grounded, inspired, and motivated to live healthier. Huge thanks to Benjamin and his amazing team for creating such a beautiful space for growth and healing!
