El hostel fue el mejor lugar que pudimos haber elegido para hacer un voluntariado y el lugar del que más nos dolió partir. Manu y Ángel son anfitriones excepcionales, siempre atentos, amables, increíbles personas para conectar, conocimos a más personas increíbles durante nuestra estadía. El lago es precioso y tenerlo cerca todos los días fue una experiencia realmente espiritual. Las instalaciones del hostel son cómodas y están limpias, los desayunos son ricos y la cocina está súper bien equipada, no podríamos recomendar más este voluntariado, nos sentimos muy agradecidos.

El hostel tiene una energía de tribu y hermandad, excelentes anfitriones y la ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar del lago todos los días, fue un experiencia maravillosa poder colaborar con ellos.

Este primer voluntariado aquí supero todas mis expectativas, desde que Manu me recibió y sentí su buena vibra y ese ambiente tan acogedor y familiar porque justo el día que llegue había una actividad de Family dinner donde compartían voluntarios y huéspedes, sabia que este lugar se volvería especial para mi. Me encanto tener un apto para el grupo de voluntarios, hacer actividades como movie night, fogata, yoga donde nos integrábamos personas de diferentes paises, tener personas como Karina y Angelina que nos daban un trato tan cariñoso, y Angel y Manu apoyándonos en todo momento

Llegar al hostel fue la mejor decisión que tomé. Todo está perfecto, la ubicación del hostal en la calle principal , obviamente los anfitriones Manu y Ángel que me trataron y confiaron en mí en todo momento. Las actividades muy fáciles de hacer . Simplemente un lugar que 1 mes se me fue súper rápido. El desayuno preparado por Karina , todo el tiempo teníamos café, agua y para hacer té, el cuarto de voluntarios en el apartamentoeso le da más puntos a su favor al hostal . El último día que estuve en el hostal Manu fue un gran host, invitándome un helado y comida local, gracias amigo!

I had such a good time there. Everybody is super nice and welcoming. The tasks were easy. I wasn't that busy when I was there because it was low season. Unfortunately, I had some family issues so I had to go back home much earlier than I thought. I would definitely recommend this position.

I had a great first volunteering experience, the hostel is a cozy hostel with a homely environment. The hosts were welcoming and were always reachable, I felt comfortable here since day 1. The work was as described, however I volunteered in low season so there wasn't always a lot to do, however the hosts often encourage creativity. The beds are comfy and have curtains, the kitchen is well equipped and always accessible. The working hours and jobs were the same as advertised. Panajachel is a vibrant town with a great nearby market and lots to explore around the lake too!

I came during a busy week and was able to start helping right away. This is an amazing hostel with many weekly activities, and panajachel is a wonderful place to be able to explore in your time off. All the volunteers I met were so kind, we hung out on the roof many nights. It's very easy to create a community here, once my 3.5weeks were up I was not ready to leave! I keep saying i can't imagine not coming back to visit, they've created a welcoming space here even with all the faces coming and going. I can't imagine a better first volunteering experience!

I had a great time at the hostel. Most of my work was teaching yoga on the rooftop so I didn't do as much time in reception. I appreciated the laid back nature of the hostel, the kindness of the employees and the ability to offer my classes regularly. Lots of love for this crew! Thank you guys for everything!
