Instantly felt welcomed at the hostel! Omar is professional and treats all volunteers with respect. Also I was able to take an additional day off work to visit Machu Picchu due to my poor planning, but Omar was very understanding and I'm so grateful for that. Breakfast work was easy for me and Anthony really is the best! Super kind and patient, and helped with my Spanish as well! Have definitely managed to make some good connections here and hope that I can come back one day🥰✨

I had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel! The staff and volunteers are so friendly and welcoming, Omar is a great boss, and the hostel is such a fun place to be. All your responsibilities are clearly communicated, and everything is well organized. It was also a great opportunity to practice my Spanish. I was able to make friends with not only the volunteers but guests as well by participating in the hostel activities :) (which are super fun!) Cusco is an amazing city, and the hostel is a wonderful place to volunteer. I couldn't recommend it enough!!

The hostel est un lieu chaleureux et toute l'équipe est très bienveillante avec les volontaires. Les différentes missions sont toutes assez amusantes, l'équipe prend soin de vous assigner à une tâche qui vous conviendra. J'ai passé un mois formidable durant ce volontariat que je peux que recommander. Il vous permettra aussi de profiter de Cusco et les alentours pendant vos temps libres. Merci l'équipe ☺️

Meu primeiro voluntariado no the hostel foi inesquecível! Fui acolhida como nunca antes. Omar é um anfitrião incrível. Arturo e Gabriel fazem de tudo para garantir a melhor experiência, a Nicole me recebeu de braços abertos desde o primeiro momento. Noeh, Ammy e Sebastian, mesmo sem o mesmo idioma, se tornaram grandes amigos. A energia do hostel é surreal, tudo impecável, camas enormes, banho quente e um coffee shop digno de filme. Fui embora, mas meu coração ficou. Mal posso esperar para voltar!

I've had a wonderful time at the hostel! Everybody was super kindhearted, caring and helpful! I had the opportunity to improve my Spanish with the staff while having so much fun. The dorms are super sweet and the beds are very comfy. I would definitely recommend this hostel for a volunteering!!!

Minha experiência no hostel começou de forma positiva. O espaço possui uma boa estrutura, e tanto as tarefas quanto os horários foram respeitados. No entanto, notei uma falta de comprometimento e responsabilidade por parte do anfitrião, Omar, em relação aos voluntários. A relação com os voluntários precisa de melhorias, já que muitas vezes nos sentimos sem o suporte necessário. Essa falta de atenção afeta diretamente a experiência e torna o ambiente menos acolhedor do que poderia ser. Se esses pontos forem trabalhados, acredito que o local tenha potencial para oferecer uma boa experiência.
