I have very mixed feelings about my stay at the glamping. On the one hand the location is amazing, the beach only a 5 minute walk away, the food is amazing and it isn't hard work. On the other hand when asked what I was supposed to do I got no answer, when asking what my working hours are, I got no answer. I just started doing things around the glamping and that seemed good enough. Absolutely nothing is happening concerning sustainability. If you don't like drink and drugs, this place is not for you, the first joint is passed around at 10AM. During my stay 3 people left early, myself included.

Foi uma experiência mágica! Voluntariar na reserva foi maravilhoso 😍. Todos me receberam muito bem, e nos tornamos uma família. Muito obrigada a Valentina, Dimitri, Julio e os dogs por me receberem muito bem, cuidar de mim e me aceitar nessa família maravilhosa. O local é lindo e tem uma vista linda para praia e para as montanhas. Amei e super indico voluntariar lá. Obrigada de coração ❤️. Abraços em todos 💛

I had a great time at the reserve! I struggled with not speaking much Spanish, but everyone was so friendly and helpful, and I managed to improve a lot whilst I was there! It was a lovely community, great food and opportunities to do other activities. Huasco is a really quiet beach town, so there is not loads to do, but I found it incredibly peaceful.

We had an amazing time working w Valentina and the other volunteers! The place is located on an unbelievably beautiful piece of land and is very comfy. Shifts were well organized and the meals were better than expected! All of the amenities and sports equipment listed was available for our use as advertised. Valentina is a great team leader, flexible, helpful and not afraid to get her hands dirty and join the team in any task! We can highly recommend this volunteer opportunity and wish Valentina and the reserve all the best! Thank you so much, for the opportunity! See you next time!
