Where can I start? The time I spend in the lodge was amazing, litterally a home away from home. Nohelia is an amazing woman full of love, always concerned for your well being. The tasks can depends of the needs of the place, but always in a good mood. The place is surrounded by nature, just note that this is a quiet and peacefull place. My time at the lodge was truly incredible! I originally signed up for 2 weeks and within less than a week I asked if I could extend my time here. The property is absolutely gorgeous! :) I enjoyed being immersed in nature here. There are so many trees, birds, reptiles amphibians, insects and beautiful sounds. The air and water is so pure and clean. The owners Nohe and Jay were just the kindest humans, I really felt at home here. :) The work exchange is fair and the life skills you will gain are priceless. I highly recommend the lodge! 🥰 Me encanta the lodge!

I had a lovely time here! Noe and Jay always tried their best to make me feel comfortable and took care of me even when I got sick. They explain you everything you need for the job and if you don't know how to do something they take their time to show you how it's done. I've learned so much throughout my stay and really grew into the job. I'd say that it's important to be flexible and responsible since you (only sometimes) organise and cook the meals on your own. However it's a fun way to get out of your comfort zone and expand your cooking skills :)
