I had an amazing experiencie. The stuff was really nice with me. They have already stuff to cook and clean so the tasks were mainly reception, topping up the fridge with drinks and waters, organizing the bed lining when arrived from the laundry, cleaning reception area, etc. If it is your first volunteering experience don't expect a formal introduction to the stuff or tasks. Here you go with the flow. Even though when i didn't like things i talked with Felipe and he helped me. I really appreciated it. He is an amazing person, loves climbing and hiking. Melhor experiência no melhor lugar possível, conheci pessoas que com certeza vou querer levar pra vida! O rio é mágico, me senti completamente em casa e não me senti sozinha em nenhum momento. Minha primeira experiência voluntariando e acho que não tinha como ser melhor

Está buscando um lugar para praticar Inglês, esse é o local, o ambiente é muito de boa e o staff é tranquilão, são o tipo de pessoas que te deixa a vontade mesmo e super flexíveis com horários. Infelizmente no meio do voluntariado eu fiquei doente por uns 10 dias e todos eles fizeram questão de me manter bem, cara o local não tem cobrança mas talvez por isso você se sinta muito bem em querer contribuir mais, o hostel fica muito bem localizado e a galera é bem unida, o Felipe é um cara incrível, meu abraço especial ao Luciano, Andre, Adriana, Tânia e Glória..obrigado ja estou com saudades! tmj

Esse hostel é um combo dos bons: anfitrião parceiríssimo, localização incrível, região segura, e experiência agradável! Sou muito grato pelo tempo que puder ficar no hostel e os amigos que pude fazer lá dentro, o ambiente é muito amigável pra isso. Para quem quer praticar inglês, é de longe o melhor lugar que já vi pra isso. A quantidade de estrangeiros falantes de inglês e outras línguas é muuuito alta, especialmente nessa época do ano. o hostel é único. Obrigado!

10/10 reccomend! This place is the perfect dysfunctional family. Absolutely unreal. Rio has beaches, mountains, nightlife and everything you could want. This hostel has an atmosphere like no other. Best place to make friends around the world. The owner is a bit of a legend on his good days I guess. Seriously best place to do work.

Wow, i spent in the hostel 4 weeks, it was amazing. Felipe(the owner) is a good man, the staff is so friendly, i felt like in home. All the people there are so nice. Thanks for everything, and of course i will come back. One of my best month ever.
