I wish there would have been more of an opportunity to engage with the activities at the temple. The dorm is a 15 minute walk through fields and not very easy after dark. The work in the gardens was hard, but I'm sure everyone will see the fruits of our labor in the spring 🙂 If you are arriving during winter, make sure to understand what the tasks entail and bring appropriate shoes and clothing!

The best experience of my life! I was so welcomed that I felt at home. the volunteers were essential for me, each moment was unique and unforgettable. KC our boss was very sweet and flexible. The food is delicious! the location is great ( if you go to London by bus you will spend like £5 Libras ) - taking 3 buses. Lastly, I just have to say thank you for everything!!! For everything that I lived there and it will be unforgettable, I grew up there like a person and evolved a lot. I hope and wish to return soon. It's not goodbye, it's see you later!!!! ❤️🇬🇧 Haribol!!! Julio.

It was an absolute pleasure to spend time at the farm and such a shame I couldn't have stayed for longer. I couldn't have met nicer and more welcoming people here. From the moment Achyuta picked me up from the station, I felt so comfortable to participate and ask questions which has really helped in my own personal and spiritual development. I had a great experience working on the farm with the other volunteers every day and between my interactions with them, and the devotees at the farm, it provided an amazing opportunity to learn from people with such varied experiences. Thank u

I stayed on the farm for a month and was an amazing first experience. The location is good, almost 1 hour by train to London, but notice that you may not be able to go to London everyday, since we work until 5pm (with breaks). The food is amazing and abundant. The work can be hard sometimes but our “boss” is the best: KC, I am really glad to meet you, such a good person and flexible. The accommodation has some details to be improved but I was really comfortable there. The other volunteers I met, oh, I will miss you guys!

The experience in the farm was my first volunteer. I had a great opportunity to spend more time in the temple and get in touch with Krishna consciousness. The exchange was really amazing. I was open to learn with all of them. The accommodation is pretty good. The food is the best, Indian food every single day. I loved it. During the free days I really recommend walking around. The work on farm is a little hard labor. We have bhakti yoga classes, that is the same to say "Krishna consciousness" (it is about Bhagavad-Gita book). I got in touch with many lovely people there.

My personal experience in the temple was so cool, I spent such a nice time there. I learnt the process of the organic vegetables, and now I appreciate more that kind of food. I'm so grateful with KC and Achyuta for their help. I met great people. Hare Krishna! :)

It was a good experience overall with very lovely people, where I could get to know a little bit about a new culture. However, I was there during a hectic time — when one of the biggest Hare Krishna festivals were taking place. This circumstances lead for the work to be harder than expected (hours and effort), which also contributed for volunteers to feel more like workers and taking engagement time from us — even though the hours were compensated later.
