The volunteers and the staff are the vibe. Located next to the Central Station - you can get everywhere easily by public transport. Breakfast (I loved it) and dinner kept me full - on some days, even lunch is offered (when student groups are staying at the hostel - it's quite guaranteed during high season). I only spent a little money eating out. Customer Service - Bar shift is more demanding than the others. A rotating schedule would be nice. That said, I initially planned to stay for 3 weeks and ended up extending to 2 and a 1/2 months. I didn't want to leave, time flew. Miss you all! <3

I worked at the hostel for a month and I mostly did costumer service, the job was easy to learn and the shifts lasted 6 hours 4 days per week and the workers there were nice. I bonded with the other Worldpackers almost right away and they made my experience very positive. However, something that left me confused was the fact that during my time there dinner wasn't always guaranteed like it's written on the website. Anyways, overall the job was reasonable, the accommodation was nice and the hostel is well connected to public transportation so I recommend the experience to other worldpackers.

I had an amazing experience at the hostel! During my 3-month stay, I made lasting connections with fellow volunteers and team members. I worked as a housekeeper, and the tasks were straightforward and easy to get the hang of. The location, so close to the central station, made it incredibly convenient to explore Berlin and the surrounding cities!

It was a nice journey living and working as a volunteer in the hostel, the chance to meet and connect with other volunteers makes this experience unforgettable. the work in generall was easy going and gave me the chance to improve my german language skills.

Everybody in the hotel was exceptionally nice and available, and I had an amazing time with all the workdpackers and the hostel staff. It was my very first time world packing and I will for sure do it again.

Volunteering at this Hostel had been one of the most enriching experiences of my life! From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and valued. The environment was warm, open and full of energy. A place where people from all over the world come together not just to travel , but to connect, share and grow. I had the chance to meet truly amazing individuals, each with their own story, culture and prospective. I've learned so much from them, and I can honestly say that I've grown both personally and emotionally. This experience has helped me become a better version of myself.

Volunteering at the hostel was a great experience! I loved meeting other volunteers and discovering Berlin together. The hostel's central location made it easy to explore the city, and the work itself was simple and enjoyable, especially the housekeeping tasks. The staff were welcoming, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight!

My volunteering experience at the hostel was really good, i especially loved connecting with the other volunteers and exploring the amazing city of Berlin together with them. The hostel has a great location (pretty central) and the volunteer job is entertaining. The workers are super nice (if you work at the bar, you'll get to know them and work with them :):) and the breakfast is tasty!

I planned to stay for a month but ended up staying for five. Staying at the hostel felt like being home, a comfortable and secure environment where I could be myself. I learned and grew considerably, gaining many valuable experiences. Thank you to my the hostel family for your warm welcome; I will always treasure these memories. The staff are the heart and soul of the hostel: Abed, Lama, Laura, Christian, Sebastian, Dustin, Johanna, Hassan, Giulia, Justin, Hoji, Edipo, Fiona, and Tobi, you all made my stay even more special.. Even though it's a really big hostel it still felt like home, the communication is very open and everyone is super welcoming! The facilities are great, the food provided is good and varied (you get dinner when there are groups staying in the hostel, so most of the days). The schedule leaves you a lot of free time to explore Berlin and the hostel is located conveniently, only 10 min walk from the main station. I met some amazing people and would totally go back :)
