We had a great time at (Lima) the hostel and it saddens me to say that the same hospitality was not received in Mancora. We were told that we would have a great time, and after doing so well in Lima, we decided to go. After only just arriving, we were kicked us out over false accusations and prejudice by 2 volunteers ( the others agreed that they also didn't want us there. )The administrator did not have proof and refused to hear our side, but was adamant that we had to go. We were very disappointed and heart broken by the treatment. This was very unprofessional and has marred my experience.

A party hostel with a party every night, but it is really only busy on Friday/Saturday nights. Most of the workers are local which is great if you want to practice Spanish. Many of the local workers were SO amazing, They all welcomed me and even invited me to hangout with them outside of work. Although most of the workers were great, I had a few experiences with the owner of the hostel that caused me to leave 4/5 days earlier than planned. I was there 2 weeks and not once did he speak a single word to me even when he was at the party every night. Continually yelled at my boss to yell at me.

Meu primeiro voluntariado no the hostel foi uma experiência incrível! Fiquei encantada com as pessoas que conheci e com tudo o que aprendi. A equipe é excelente, as refeições são ótimas e tudo é cumprido conforme combinado. O trabalho é cansativo, principalmente pelo horário, mas se você gosta de festas e de interagir com pessoas, é mais tranquilo. Sou muito grata pela oportunidade e espero voltar em breve para visitar. Meu voluntariado aqui no hostel foi loucoooo, o trabalho requere bastante energia, mas é super divertido! a staff toda super gente boa, me senti muito bem acolhida desde o primeiro dia, fiz muitos amigos e valeu super a pena! as refeições são cumpridas, e a comida é top hehe os horarios são bem respeitados e a acomodação é super confortavel. Recomendo demaiss, se vc tem bastante pique para as festas todos os dias! Muchas gracias familia pointer <3

Volunteering at the hostel in the hostel was an absolute blast! I helped animate the parties and made friends from all over the world. The vibe is incredible, the staff are super helpful, and the food is great. I created unforgettable memories here, but I'd only recommend it if you love parties since the nightlife is a big part of the experience.

Minha experiência no hostel não poderia ser melhor, fiz amigos que vou levar para a vida toda! Os horários são cumpridos conforme acordado, o café da manhã e almoço são excelentes! O hostel fica perto de tudo, possui fácil acesso. Recomendo muito a todos que gostam de festas e conhecer várias pessoas. Já estou com saudades, o hostel ❤️

Tive uma experiência muito boa para meu primeiro voluntariado, foi muito melhor que eu esperava! A localização é excelente, segura e perto de tudo. As refeições inclusas são comidas típicas muito saborosas e o trabalho é relativamente tranquilo, se gosta de trabalhar em festas. Não fiquei sozinho em nenhum momento porque conheci muitas pessoas, tanto outros voluntários/hóspedes quanto os funcionários e todos me trataram muito bem, saímos juntos tanto para conhecer a cidade ou para festejar.

My experience at the hostel was incredible. I made lifelong friends and had fun every day I was there, as it was my first volunteer, I left completely satisfied and hope to return one day :)

Super recomendo esse voluntariado, eles sao muito comunicativos, voce se diverte bastante!! Te respeitam e sao bem flexíveis, a comida é bem gostosa inclusive 🧡 Pena que nao pude ficar todo o tempo que eu planejava.
