Peppi and Melania really made me feel like part of the family. They both are not only talking the talk, but also walking the walking with so much dignity, love and dedication. Will be forever grateful for the beautiful shared experiences, for laughter, for deep and open talks, for heavenly food, for retreats, yoga and for all the teachings. Volunteering work was enjoyable and hands on - helping in the kitchen, doing field work, organising the place. We were given lots of independence to organise our own time, nevertheless, the job had to be done. Thank you and much love!

I felt welcomed from the very first minute. The hosts Peppi and Melania are very loving and carring people. They explain everything about the way the land works and how to complete the tasks. Living there I start understanding how to make a land sustainable. It's a calm place, perfect to grounding and to reconnect with ourselves, since is not in a touristic point. Althought, there are two beachs witin walking distance and some other not so far by car. And it's 15min by car from Ericeira. Sometimes there are évents nearby. My hosts invited me twice for life music concerts.

I had an amazing time staying at the Center; I felt at home from the moment I arrived. Meli and Peppi are truly inspiring people, deeply engaged in what they do to make the world a better place to live. The tasks were enjoyable and I would definitely recommend to volunteer there.

Oeppi and Melanie are fantastic people. They were both so supportive and friendly. I had a wonderful time. Work was not difficult and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the local community as well. They also welcomed me to events here at the farm which were awesome.

The Center is a wonderful place, perfect to connect with nature and yourself, full of peace, tranquility and good vibes. Peppi and Meli are very kind and are always available to help. I learned a lot about permaculture, sustainability and composting. They have a beautiful project and I'm very happy to have been able to be part of it for a while. Working hours are respected and the sleeping place is very comfortable. Thanks Peppi, Meli and Jan! I definitely recommend this volunteering and I intend to return! :)

The most amazing and hard working people you will meet in your life! I wish I could cook half as good as them. Only thing to note is no wifi, and getting use to the compost toilet but it makes sense for sustainably with the food forest to produce an amazing garden. They are both committed to real life sustainable living and they truly care and you can see that! While I was there a short time, I felt a sense of community and hope to come back one day and visit again!

Before my arrival at the Center, I didn't really know what to expect, I have never been to a permaculture project. But now, that i stayed there for a bit more than a month i am so grateful for the experience. Pepi and Meli are wonderful people full of love and also passionate about the work they do. You can learn so much from them in every sphere and the knowledge they have is huge. Honestly, there not a single negative thing that i could say about them. They made me feel at home, they were supportive, had a lot of understanding and patience for everyone. All in all, its a good place to be.

The Center, Peppi, Melania, Tao & Zulu have a special corner in my heart now. That place and the experience there has given me so much that id fall short of words to list here. Though i'll try :P As an independent filmmaker i got plenty creative and executional freedom, right from ideation to working hours. As a volunteer and guest i felt extremely welcomed and well taken care of with the sumptuous meals from Melania's farm to table kitchen, Peppi's ever present assistance & the warm hugs of the nature of the Center. Grateful and blessed to have embraced myself & my work like never before.

Words in a digital box couldn't possible begin to describe the pure joy of this experience at the Center. Both Peppi and Melania taught me so much about myself and connection with spirit. I am forever thankful for the friendships I have made staying here. So much love. The sleeping situation was comfortable, clean and communal. There was still plenty of privacy. The food was incredible, Meli is a chef, following the ancient macrobiotic philosophy that honestly has changed the way I look at my food intake so radically, I can't see myself looking back.
