My experience was challenging. I arrived with an open heart and willingness to help, but the tasks exceeded what was agreed upon and there were no clear days off. The environment felt more like subservience than exchange, and some attitudes and comments made me uncomfortable. Although we had a few meaningful conversations, the overall atmosphere didn't support a respectful and balanced experience. I hope future volunteers are welcomed with clearer agreements and a more genuine sense of mutual respect.

The Rebels! What a life-changing experience! The family (including the animals) is so welcoming and inspiring. If you like to cook, this is the place for you. They don't have high expectations, they are very easygoing and understanding, always there to help out. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful, the accommodation is comfortable and you have all the freedom in the kitchen. I learnt a lot from having conversations with Niels and Stephanie. Great experience, don't hesitate!

What to say about the Rebels… Well to start they live in a house on a hill that has been taken straight out of a picture book. When you arrive you will first experience the 10 cats, 5 dogs and 4 children that roam the land, they will most likely be basking in the sun without a care. It's a symbolic sight because soon too this will be you but don't bask too long because they get hungry! I found cooking to be a joy for the family, they don't have high expectations which allowed me to be more comfortable and experiment in the kitchen. I particularly enjoyed my talks with Niels and Stephanie :)

The farm will make you feel like home from the beginning. They are very welcoming and full of energy. You will have many interesting conversations, learn about things like sustainability and healthy ways of living and have a lot of fun and laughs! You get to do different kinds of tasks around the house according to your knowledge and interests, it was good to manage and fun to do. The place is beautiful and perfect to relax or to go on a little adventure. I got to taste the most delicious vegan food :) Thanks a lot for this great experience!

The farm household is a great place to feel free to experiment in the kitchen and expand your knowledge regarding natural resources and find a suitable and healthier way of life, this experience was a detox from the city life, finally breathable fresh air and great place to do some yoga overlooking the mountains, the family is caring and welcoming, you will have interesting talks, lots of fun and laughs! Thank you rebels!

I spent two and a half weeks with the rebelfamily in their house in the mountains of Málaga. I had the opportunity to try out a lot in the kitchen, search for new recipes and learn about Sustainability. The landscape around the house is breathtaking and allowed me to relax. The family is lovely and wild. There's always something going on and I wasn't bored once. The mix is just right! Niels and Stefanie were always there for me when I had questions, we had many great and profound conversations. Thanks a lot for the experience.
