Perfect experience, we found exactly what expected and even more, the city is really cozy and there are many things to do during christmas time, the shifts are pretty easy and you can always comunicate with Steve or Christian if you need, the staff that works there is very welcoming and always avaiable, they are a beautiful team and you can have a lot of fun with them. Also the room/apartment for volunteers felt like home after a while and we loved our room mates, we did friendships that I hope will last and I'm looking forward to come back, I would definitely recommend this experience!

My time at the hostel was truly amazing! The staff and all the other volunteers were really welcoming and I immediately felt very included. This experience is especially great when you're looking to meet people that you can also have experiences with because there are so many volunteers and we did many activities as a group! The work was ad agreed and expected. I would definitely recommend this experience to other travelers. I had a great experience and would love to come back!

My stay here was amazing. When I first got to the room I was a little bit shocked about the ten-person room but it really helped connecting with the other volunteers and it ended up being the best thing I could've imagined. The shifts were well organised, everything about the shifts was clearly communicated and if you wanted to change a shift you could always ask (in advance of course) and it was almost always possible! The staff was really nice and the time we had at the hostel (especially at karaoke night) was amazing! I would totally recommend coming here:)

My time in the hostel was an amazing experience ! The staff is very open, respectful and friendly. You can ask them anytime if you need help or recommendations. You meet lots of great people from all over the world and take them into your heart. The work is very manageable, so that you have a lot of time to explore the city and spend time with the other volunteers. I highly recommend it 🙌

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel! I had a great month meeting people from all over the world and exploring the beautiful city and surrounding landscape! The work was very fair and the hours were short. It was such a fun and social experience!!

This was my first volunteering, and it's safe to say it was awesome! Both Cristian and Steve were amazing hosts and very kind. They were flexible with the dates of work and were always there to help and answer any questions that I had without any problem. I truly loved my time here, the place is very cool and the vibes are immaculate. The volunteers I met were really kind and I had an amazing time. I totally recommend this place :))

My experience at the hostel was absolutely perfect. It was my first volunteer program and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The shifts are respected and the activities are simple enough. Steve and Cristian are super available to meet your needs. The staff is wonderful, they made me felt at home from the first day and I had great times with them. I met many wonderful volunteers and made friendships that I hope will last. Hoping to return soon :)

It has been an excellent experience. I have met travelers from all over the world, and the atmosphere has been wonderful!. It was a wonderful experience. The volunteers, workers, and managers are all excellent people! I always felt welcome and at home! I would return a thousand times over! Even the locals who frequent the place are very friendly! I had an excellent two weeks! I highly recommend it.
