Mao is an awful micro manager, constantly criticising little details, even in front of hotel guests. “You could have done this and you could have done that”… which were things that I had actually done, but instead of asking, Mao likes to assume and criticise, and yet barely holding up his end of the deal. I was told that I will get a schedule but that never happened and I would get a text the night before when to start in the morning. The shower in my room didn't work and there were 2 old pans with no handles on them, so cooking was difficult.

Hi, Sasha was difficult from the beggining. This is why he only stay for a few days. He was inappropriate with clients. He got super drunk one day, took some stuff form clients and walk around hangover as if it was something fun. For a guy his age i was expecting better behavior.
