You get to learn new things everyday, the place is immersed in nature and it gives you the possibility to connect with yourself and others. The hours of work are respected and you can do different tasks depending on what is needed. Valerio is a flexible and understanding person. If you want a calm and nurturing experience while learning about the ecoagroforestal sphere, I think you will enjoy this!

What a great time I had staying at the farm and learning with Valerio! I'm glad I had the chance to explore the agricultural work in the farm and get to know a lot about sustainability in practice. The space is amazing and the work is just as agreed previously. We are grateful for this opportunity and would love to come back anytime! Totally recommend! :)

Staying with Valerio was a truly rich experience, he is easygoing and has a lot of knowledge to share... The sustainable way he runs the project is very interesting and we learned a lot, you have to be open minded about a few aspects but everything is well thought. Also, Petrella is a very cute village with nice folk. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and will remember forever... (and I learned to make a very tasty salad, thank you for that)

This was my first experience volunteering and I absolutely do not regret that I chose this place, It was amazing! Valerio is very friendly and smart person who knows a lot about the world and are ready to share all his knowledge with the volunteers. The work was diverse and fun, Valerio (and other Volunteer Margo that was also really kind) always explained me what the job I do is for and I learned many things about gardening!

Saying with valerio was such a good experience! The lifestyle is definitely different to what I was used to but so cool to immerse myself in his ways and learn about nature and sustainable living. The work was good and very fair, with lots of time to rest and do other things. The time I was there was very hot however there are lovely shady places to cool off and hang out. Overall I loved it and would definitely recommend to those wanting a new and fun experience!

It was my first volunteer experience and I had an amazing time, I enjoyed the stay, the activities, the company, the tranquility, being with the dogs and cats, and I really enjoyed the food, it was completely vegan and it was something totally new for me and I enjoyed it a lot thanks to Valerio. It is a great place to get away from the city, to learn about sustainability and responsible production and consumption. There was always good communication with Valerio and at lunch and dinner time, they were spaces to get to know each other and learn more about the customs of each participant.

The experience has been incredible! It takes a bit of effort to get to the place (I recommend not going on a Sunday because there is hardly any transportation), you have to go with an open mind because you live a different style of life, but in the end it is totally worth it, Valerio is very kind and the place connects you much more with nature. As long as you have an open mind, this is going to be a good place to travel to.

The experience was totally positive! An open mind is needed since the place is a bit remote. The nearest town is a half-hour walk up a steep hill. There's no WiFi, and sometimes there might be insects and spiders in the rooms, which can be uncomfortable when sleeping in a sleeping bag. But the place, the kindness of Valerio who is always attentive to everyone's needs, the connection with nature, the opportunity to try a sustainable and different lifestyle and the delicious home-grown vegan food make everything amazing. Thanks for everything, Valerio! I'm leaving HAPPY and with a full heart!!!
