Es un lugar increíble, si buscas un lugar para conectar con la naturaleza este destino es imperdible, todo el equipo es genial, y los horarios son respetados, las porciones de comida son gigantes y siempre con jugo natural, hambre no tendrás nuuuuunca 😅❤️ Se podría mejorar la comunicación y procesos respecto a las expectativas y aspectos por mejorar y las medidas a tomar Un abrazo a todo el equipo del hotel, es un gran lugar para estar ❤️

Al inicio de mi estadía, me quedó confundida por mucho. Había una falta de comunicación. Pero poco a poco me explicaban más sobre el trabajo, la comida, y los horarios. El trabajo fue tranquilo y hay muchas oportunidades para implementar otros actividades. Para promocionar y explicar las actividades y aminar a la gente, hay tener un nivel avanzado de Español. Despues de 4 semanas, cambiaron mis deberes un poco. Al inicio, me tocaba promocionar y organizar las actividades como dice en la publicación. Pero al final, me pidieron ser runner tambien, recogiendo vajilla según un horario.

This was my favorite volunteer position I've ever had. The island is a literal paradise, and the staff was extremely welcoming, especially our volunteer coordinator, Sele. Leaving this place felt like leaving behind a second family, and I'm so grateful for the people that made it feel that way.

Foi o melhor voluntariado que eu ja fiz. Me conectei muito com a ilha, pude participar de projeto com corais e ver liberação de tartarugas. Sele e a maior parte dos funcionários foram incríveis. A ilha é uma realidade paralela onde minha vida parecia da Barbie princesa da Ilha hahaha! Comidas na minha opinião muito gostosas e muito barato comprar snacks na ilha. Pude fazer wakeboard e sowing com os meninos de atividades. Meu tempo la foi magico! Mesmo que o trabalho fugiu um pouco do que esta no WP foi super tranquilo e quase nao trabalhei todas as 5h diarias. Obg Sele, amo vcs, volto logoo!

The hotel is such a fun place to volunteer! It's a bigger hostel with lots of workers and travelers to socialize with. The tasks are simple and include organizing activities for guests, helping in the restaurant, and showing guests to their rooms. There was a bit of communication error at first but everything worked out fine in the end. This place is stunninggg and I was able to do my diving certification as well. Super reccomenddd!!!

Queria listar todos os prós e contras para detalhar minha experiência em the hotel, mas há um limite de caracteres então vou deixar só um comentário geral O trabalho é simples e, no geral, fiz até menos horas que o combinado. No entanto, algumas tarefas não estavam descritas na plataforma (como ajudar no restaurante). Senti que alguns funcionários foram indiferentes com os voluntários, mas a Selene, que coordena tudo, foi incrível, super receptiva, com uma energia ótima e sempre disposta a ouvir.

I had a great time at the hotel! The island is so beautiful and everyone working there was very friendly and nice. I definitely recommend volunteering here.

I can recommend this volunteering 100%. It's an amazing place with amazing people and the volunteering conditions are good. The work is easy and chill and you get three meals per day. The food is really good. The island is beautiful and the people who live and work there super friendly!
