That was my first volunteering experience with Worldpackers and this was exactly the project worth trying. I met tens of nice people who shared their culture with me. My work was sometimes challenging, cos I had to switch between different activities: from working in cafeteria, kitchen to gardening and cleaning the mud from the river. Nevertheless, the work was involving and the experience was valuable. Special thanks to Gyalwang, Philippe from the garden, Philippe from the kitchen, Elie and many others!

Endroit idéal pour apprendre à méditer et améliorer vos langues anglaise et française. Mes journées de bénévolat au CMKF resteront dans mon cœur. Absolutely amazing experience. Met great people both local and travelers, learnt about Buddhism and the Center and experience the beautiful countryside of the Center. I HIGHLY recommend coming to volunteer with CMK the Center.

My time at this center was incredible! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and offer a peaceful, calming atmosphere. The work schedule was always clear and well-organized, which made it easy to manage my tasks. The community was welcoming, kind, and supportive, creating a wonderful environment to be a part of. Overall, I highly recommend this center, especially for a first trip with Worldpackers. It exceeded my expectations in every way!

My tasks were different then expected, wasn't thrilled about that. However, both the people running the center and the community of fellow-volunteers was were just fantastic. I felt so welcome and free to be myself. On top of that the place itself and surrounding area are beautiful and peaceful.

Very nice experience! Good opportunity to meet locals and other travelers. Everything ran smoothly and, even though I didn't have any issues, the hosts were always super kind and made sure we were having a good experience. The work itself is easy and you can usually choose between construction, cleaning, garden or kitchen. Besides food and dorm, you are also able to attend some meditations for free.

This has been the best volunteering experience so far. It's a great place, great food, great installations and I have nothing but words of appreciation for Gyalwang, Barbara and all the volunteers I met there. The tasks were easy to comprehend, the working hours were met and everyone was very kind.

This experience was amazing! It's a really beautiful community where you get to interact with the monks, residents, and other volunteers. Everything is very organised, hours are respected, the food is great, and the place/its surroundings are so peaceful and nice. I'll definitely love to come back soon. Thanks for everything!
