Si bien tenia que ingresar el 02/01/25, acordamos y empecé 17/12/24. De inmediato me recibieron como familia y realizábamos todos juntos. Preocupados por mi salud y bienestar, me sentí contenido. Las tareas se indicaban día por día según la necesidad en la cocina según lo acordado y cuando hubo que realizar otra tarea no inherente se me consulto. También pude hacer caminatas y algo de turismo sugeridas por la familia y disfrutando a posterior de nuestra experiencia. Por todo ello quedo agradecido a Merce e hijos, y recomiendo este voluntariado

Personalmente la experiencia ha sido muy gratificante. Las personas que componen el equipo del anfitrión me trataron correctamente. Hay una cierta exigencia en las tareas a realizar, dado que es una cocina profesional y eso se debe de.comprender, ya que si no vienes con esta mentalidad, las tareas te pueden resultar un tanto pesadas. La comida es muy buena tanto por la calidad como por la cantidad. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y el lugar y paisaje muy bonitos. La verdad me siento en familia aquí en el anfitrión.

Muy lindo lugar rodeado de naturaleza. Aprendí muchas cosas sobre el huerto gracias a Eric y disfruté mucho viendo el restaurante funcionar y la forma de trabajar de Mercé.

La experiencia no podría haber sido mejor, Merce es una gran persona y una excelente cocinera, la comida recogida directamente del jardín fue sensacional. el lugar está en una montaña, rodeado de naturaleza, es muy hermoso. el trabajo es en la cocina y se aprende mucho, Merce es una gran profesora. Me encantó todo, gracias Merce, Erik y Kim por todo!

Es mi primer voluntariado y definitivamente ha supero mis expectativas por mucho, he tenido esa maravillosa oportunidad de comer directo del huerto a la mesa !!! Mercedes nos enseño verdadero el sentido de una comida sana y nos hizo ser equipo siempre , yo definitivamente volveré

Mi experiencia en el anfitrión fue super buena! Mercé es una excelente anfitriona y está presente para todo lo que necesites, me sentí como en familia todo el tiempo. Aprendí sobre cocina, rica y abundante, y sobre el cuidado del huerto , a cosechar respetuosamente. Aunque un poco alejada de la ciudad aún así tienes una montaña increíble y mucha naturaleza alrededor. Gracias Mercé y Erick por abrirse a compartir y enseñar todo lo necesario para hacer de esta experiencia de voluntariado una de las mejores que he tenido!! Moltes gràcies ✨🧉♥️💚💛🩵

I just finished my first volunteering experience at the host, and it was incredibly enriching. I had the chance to work in the kitchen. A lively and inspiring place where I learned a lot, both in terms of cooking and teamwork. The team there is amazing: kind, passionate, and always willing to share their knowledge. The setting is beautiful, right in the middle of nature, which made the experience even more special. I also met some wonderful people among the other volunteers Meaningful connections I won't forget. A big thank you to the whole the host team !

I have enjoyed my stay at the host to it's fullest. It feels much like a family, with game afternoons after work, lunches and dinners together and sitting together at night watching series. The only thing I miss here is a bidet. I enjoyed working in the kitchen and learning many new recipes. Here, I got to work with foraged plants as ingredients, which was very interesting. Mercé will gladly help you achieve a better level of cooking and baking, and give you lots of constructive feedback.

The host was my first volunteer experience and it was a wonderful time. Being close to nature and Catalan culture was a real pleasure. All the family and staff are friendly and kind to you. Being open-minded is best to enjoy everything there is to experience and being flexible with working hours.
