This was my first international volunteering experience, and I wouldn't change a thing. It was truly heartwarming 🫶🏼 I'll always remember the days in the guest house. Even though they were few, I felt at home. The people I shared this time with were amazing, the food was delicious, the teamwork inspiring, and I also gained new knowledge in architecture and made wonderful friends. Thank you, Gregory, for creating such a special place! ❤️

The guest house is a soulful mountain the guest house filled with warmth, learning, and community. Days are spent pressing apples into cider, cooking fresh garden meals, processing duck and rabbit from the property, and even joining welding workshops. Life here is shared with animals, nature, and kindred spirits, with evenings around nourishing family-style meals. It's not pristine or private, but a communal home where everyone helps with cleaning, cooking, and projects. If you seek connection, hands-on learning, and earthy joy, this is the perfect place.

My experience in the guest house was really cool. I made friends from all over the world who I will carry in my heart forever. My goal here was to be able to contribute to Armenia in some way and I am happy with the experience I had there :)

Volunteering in the guest house was a beautiful experience. I connected deeply with nature, animals, and a community of amazing people from around the world. We worked together, shared meals, and supported each other like a family. Gregory was kind and helpful, always open to assist. The work schedule was flexible, and I even managed to work remotely without problems. It was my first volunteer experience, and it made me appreciate the value of simplicity, teamwork, and being present. I'm really grateful for my time there.

Friendly people and beautiful nature make the guest house special, but the setup feels more like long-term co-housing (with an initiative to keep it that way) than short-term volunteering—best for independent, self-directed travelers. The house isn't clean despite prior assurances: dishes pile up, pets roam counters, dead flies litter the window sills, and repairs stay undone. My tasks were mostly outdoor yard work. Reaching the guest house requires hitchhiking or arranging a ride with Gregory or local neighbors as taxis. Peaceful vibe, kind people, and lovely pets—especially Popok the dog!

My husband and I volunteered at the guest house for about 10 days and had a great time. The place is surrounded by beautiful nature, adorable pets, and friendly people. We helped make clay plaster for the floor in a new room, it was fun, and we were happy to learn something new. During our stay, we had plenty of apples, which we turned into delicious jam. In the evenings, we enjoyed playing Catan. We're very grateful for the experience!

The best volunteer experience of my past two years was here. Living with such a wise person taught me things that gave more meaning to my life. The environment here is like a university—perhaps even better and more enlightening. Every day, we learned new grammar and vocabulary. You can live with animals, learn music, and read many books. Here, you can test your abilities and learn new things. Without a doubt, it's the best place for growth. Looking forward to meeting again. This is a place for revolution 🌎🇦🇲
