I arrived at the host and it instantly felt like home. The staff are super welcoming and friendly. Shoutout to Kelsey for being the coolest and helping me with whatever I needed. You're the best!! The volunteers were so amazing and easily became some of my best friends! Also, not only do you get free volcano tours (beautiful!!) /a place to stay in central Antigua. But, you have more than enough free time to explore Antigua and other places in Guatemala. Plus the work is straightforward and the hours are short. Highly recommend staying at the host! One of my favorite work exchanges I've done so far :)))

Amei o meu voluntariado no anfitrião Expedições! É uma empresa que faz passeios turísticos na região de Antígua, Guatemala, principalmente tours em vulcões. Aprendi muito sobre trabalho em equipe, trabalho com grupos e expedições, organização de equipamentos e administração de uma empresa de turismo. Foi uma experiência excelente para mim. Além de ter economizado com a hospedagem, também ganhei 2 tours: o passeio para o vulcão Pacaya e para o vulcão Acatenango. Agradecimento especial a Kelsey, administradora do voluntariado e uma das donas da empresa, pela paciência e compreensão comigo.

My time at the host was amazing!! the staff are all super friendly and it was easy to make friends with the other volunteers <3 kelsey does a great job organizing tasks, scheduling and making sure everyone is comfortable. the work is very easy and you make your own schedule so the hours are evenly distributed. the acatenango/fuego hike is one of the most beautiful extraordinary things i've ever done. i can't recommend this enough!! ✨✨

I really enjoyed my time at the host!! It was my first experience as a volunteer and this one was perfect for me!! The work was super easy and i had plenty of time to relax and enjoy Antigua and there are so many things to do here ( a bunch of cute coffees!!). The people I met during my time at the host were truly amazing🥰

Was amazing!!!!!! The tasks were easy, the hours as the proposal, the people all kind and collaborative, i would not expect better! Kelsey is lovely, and all the team was incredible! I had the opportunity to improve english and spanish, and the hike in the Volcano was the most valuable experience!!! Thanks guys for the opportunity!!! You're awesome!

The host has become my second home, the staff, the guides are all family to me. The job is straight forward and easy! Highly recommend it (I have already been here 4 months!)

Had a fun time working for the host and staying in Antigua. Feel very privileged and grateful to be given the opportunity to assistant guide Volcan de Pacaya during the busy Christmas period! We also had nice control over our living quarters where I painted some walls to cosy up the space
