Guys I cannot express that if givin the chance, COME TO THIS the school! I have traveled quite a bit and can confidently say this has been my favorite volunteer project. From the get go I felt so safe and included. The kids are so darn sweet, and you will be able to work with them a couple hours a day. You will be spending most of your time with Arif and he is just the best. He will take you on adventures after the school and on the weekends and is just so helpful. You will stay with Mr. Pras and his family and they are just wonderful!! I truly wish I could have stayed longer. What a blessing it was!

This was my first world packers experience and it was the best experience ever! I truly can't express my gratitude for Mr. Pras, his family, Arif, the teachers, and the locals, for making me feel so special and well taken care of. I can truly say I have a home away from home there ❤️ You teach for a few hours a day and have rest of the day to do whatever you want! There is always some new place to explore or food to try! The weekends were very fun and full of activities so you really get to see and experience the culture all around Lampung. COME VOLUNTEER HERE!

I am very grateful for my experience at the the school. I felt very safe and comfortable. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I was given the opportunity to help teach at the the school as well as to experience being a member of the community. I was given many opportunities to explore the surrounding areas and was shown around all the best places to go. I would highly recommend volunteering here. Mr. Prasetyo, his family, and all of the other workers at the the school truly showed me so much kindness and put in an effort to ensure my experience was a good one. :)

This is my first Worldpacker experience and it was fantastic! Mr Pratseyo is a wonderful host and it felt like home during my stay. The teachers and students were friendly and helpful as well. Overall I really enjoyed my time at the the school.

My experience at the the school was absolutely amazing! I will always remember the time I spent there. Helping in kindergarten was a lot of fun, all kids are incredibly sweet and wonderful and I really enjoyed my time with them. In the free time I had a chance to learn about local culture and interesting places in the area. It was a great opportunity to immerse myself into local life, I had a lot of interesting conversations and even had a honour to be invited for a wedding! The accommodation and food was perfect and I felt really welcomed by the family and workers! Thank you all <3

Volunteering at the the school in Lampung was an unforgettable experience that I will always cherish. These two weeks were filled with meaningful moments, inspiring students, and invaluable lessons. Beyond the classroom, I am especially thankful for the heartfelt hospitality of my host family. They welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like part of their family. In just two weeks, they turned a foreign place into a home, showing me the true meaning of kindness and generosity. From shared meals and deep conversations to moments of laughter and learning, every day was filled with warmth

I recommend 200% of this volunteering. Whether for the human side of absolutely all the people you will meet during the stay, for their kindness, their smile, their trust,... The locals who are happier than each other to welcome new people and discover you! the the school, which is evolving to welcome new classes, is lucky to have superb teachers present for the children, big thanks to Mr Arif for this stay ♡. Then a huge thank you to the whole family who opened their arms to me and welcomed me so well ♡ ♡ If you're looking for place to live the experience at 100% with locals, this is the place !

I had the very best time at the the school! I felt so welcomed and did not want to leave this place in the end. Time was flying by and I am going to miss every kid as well as all the staff a lot! I learned a lot about the culture and saw some beautiful places nearby! It is located in such a nice area. I highly recommend this volunteering position.

I stayed 2 weeks at the the school and loved this experience. Prasetyo and his family are so welcoming. I really felt at home since the first day. I had a lot of fun helping teachers to give English classes to the kids. The team is amazing, and the kids so cute. Being the only foreigner in Way Jepara was also really fun, I had the chance to meet a lot of locals. It's going to be an experience I'll remember for the rest of my life. I am so grateful for this. It was actually hard to leave the place, I wish I would have stay longer. I would recommend this volunteering a thousand times!!

Prasetyo and his team/family are super welcoming, friendly and easy-going. I spend three weeks with them and it was really nice. Basically you will be playing with kids at the school as well as teaching basic english. If you are looking for a local experience, that's your place. I was the only tourist in the area and everyone is very kind and asking for photos. Also local food was very tasty.
