Muchas gracias a todo el staff del hostel por ser tan buena primer experiencia como voluntario. Excelente lugar y excelente intercambio cultural el que se puede encontrar en la terraza y áreas comunes de este hermoso lugar. Sin duda quiero regresar aquí por su gran ubicación y demasiados servicios quedan cerca. No dudes en aplicar aquí si buscas equilibrar un trabajo con buen horario laboral y un ambiente muy chill con los huéspedes y el staff.

Como les explicó mi experiencia en Hostel el hostel, desde que llegue me sentí como en casa todo el team me abrazo y me recibió con tanto amor que se vuelve imposible querer salir de ahí, (un abrazo especial para mi linda Juanita) Hostel el hostel es un respiro precioso en la cdmx, está ubicado perfectamente podes conocer super la ciudad, las tareas del hostel son muy fáciles, te acoplas muy rápido y son muy flexibles con horarios para que puedas conocer la ciudad, es un voluntariado que SI o SI recomiendo, ame mi casita en la cdmx! Gracias hostel el hostel por todo el amor <3

El hostel me recibió como si fuera mi familia y nunca me hicieron faltar nada. Son todos amables y amigables. El hotel está súper mega bien ubicado y ofrece bar, desayunos, música y entretenimiento para todos los huéspedes y trabajadores. Gracias POR TODO! ❤️💕🫶🏻💯🔥

Terrible experiencia, sin capacitación, y “era mi responsabilidad reactivar ventas en el bar” no hubo liderazgo, el staff poco profesional, lo otros voluntarios sucios y flojos el dormitorio siempre olíanhorrible, ahí fumaban 🌿420 todo el día todos los días y también ahí comían, en general mala experiencia. Terrible experience, no training, and "it was my responsibility to increase sales at the bar" there was no leadership, the staff was unprofessional, the other volunteers were dirty and lazy, the dormitory always smelled horrible, they smoked *420* and ate there, overall a bad experience.

Hola Miriam, Gracias por tu reseña aun que no estoy muy de acuerdo. desde el dia que llegaste peleaste con todos los otros voluntarios, cada que alguien te trataba de dar un feedback lo tomabas de la peor manera y dejabas a la gente con la palabra en la boca.
En cuanto al bar si se te pedia que reactivaras ventas platicando con huespedes y haciendo actividades para que se conozca y tu preferias poner una pelicula en tu compu o hablar por telefono lo mas lejos posible de todos los huespedes.

Hello Miriam, Thank you for your review even though I don't really agree. From the day you arrived you fought with all the other volunteers, every time someone tried to give you feedback you took it in the worst way and left people with the word on their mouth.
As for the bar, you were asked to reactivate sales by talking to guests and doing activities to get people to know each other, and you preferred to put a movie on your computer or talk on the phone as far away as possible from all the guests.

I had a great time in the hostel, it's located in a safe area with so much to do around. The hours are reasonable, so there definitely is free time to go out and explore the city. The hostel is very clean and the tasks were simple. I am so grateful that I got to volunteer here!

The staff are wonderful people, reliable, and communicate respectfully. I was one of few non-native Spanish speakers yet I felt welcomed, appreciated, and even helped in improving my Spanish when I made errors. 100% this is well worth your time and the work is fun/not super difficult. The one thing is sometimes the schedule was a little late/some would have to attend meetings on days off, but Dayana is a wonderful manager that was super willing and proactive when I needed scheduling accommodations. If I could I would stay here much longer. To my fellow volunteers as well as all staff thanks!

Love the experience! I had to work at the bar in the evening, so I could visit the city during the day. It was a perfect balance! I immediately felt welcomed by the staff and the other volunteers. It is a small hostel with really familiar wibes. Most importantly, it's in a great and safe position and it's clean. Hope to come back one day :)

I had a great time at the hostel, it's not huge but the vibes are always welcoming and fun. I made great friends with guests and other volunteers, Dayana and the other workers are very helpful and welcoming too. There's a ton to do around the area and the facilities of the hostel are always clean and quite nice. The tasks are very easy and my time was always respected, the only thing that could be improved is communication as the schedules for the week came out around midnight the day before. I would definitely recommend this opportunity if you're looking to spend some time in cdmx

This was a great place to volunteer. If you are looking for a nice, calm place to volunteer at in Mexico City, I'd highly suggest the hostel. The staff is kind, respectful, and fun and the job is easy to understand. It's a great place to meet lots of interesting people. I had a great time here!
