Daniel is trying his best to provide for the children from the Foundation. He and his friends and other local volunteers are super friendly and fun. I had a great time here and I can recommend everyone to go here, to see and experience Kibera in its nature. Daniel tried to help with everything and he made sure that I am okay. We also went to the Amboseli National Park together with his car. Had a good time and it wont be the last time I will be here.

Daniel's simply the best, he's always joking but also takes care of serious business and will help you with personal things, if needed. He's really focused on the organisation and is always looking for ways to improve the office and to help more and more the children that go to the foundation. It was a really nice experience, I did a tour in Kibera, learnt some Swahilli and by the time I left I was already feeling like a local. The team working with Daniel is also very friendly and the children are amazing. I totally recommend this experience if you're planning on voluntering in Kenya.

Our stay with Daniel went wonderfully well. Daniel is a host who listens and cares about our well-being. We were able to participate in his project, which is close to his heart, by creating a library. Daniel is truly passionate about the project and he really makes you want to participate! The residents of Kibera are adorable and the children within the association are very endearing. Daniel, his friends, and the members of the association all work together in a good mood.

Working with the organization has been a truly grounding experience. Daniel is an outstanding guy who cares deeply about helping others and will always make sure you're 100% safe here. Also no more sleeping on the couch, there's an actual bed now. I know this sounds cliché, but this place and the people I've met here had a huge impact on me. This might not be your typical feel good volunteer stay but the work you'll do here truly matters.

The foundation really makes a difference for the children. I had a great time with the children, but also with the other volunteers at the foundation, like the football coach and the dance teacher. I was able to do lots of different activities during my time with the foundation; it was fantastic

I think this project has lots of potential. I really love how they are getting the kids engaged in fun activities and out of trouble. Daniel is very passionate about the project and works really hard to make it succeed. I was surprised that I would be sleeping on the couch but the home was very cozy. I think they are still new to volunteers and are still working out the kinks but I think this project could be really good!
