My expierence at the hotel was wonderful. It was exactly what i needed, i got to connect with nature, jumping to the lake everyday, becoming super close with the other volunteers and also getting to know local people that work at the hotel. Kate, Fe and Chris are super nice. And also the rooms are really comfortable, each volunteer has their own privacy. Will miss it!

Ahhh the hotel!! What a special place, so happy to have had this experience, at the perfect time with the most perfect people!!! I was at first nervous about dedicating to 2 months because I get restless so easily travelling, but I wish I could stay more! Adapting to the slow paced lifestyle of the lake was a breeze! And you get so close with the other volunteers- spending mornings and days off exploring villages around the lake and swimming and doing yoga and eating yum food! Fe was so awesome making sure we were comfortable in our own little lodge (is it so well set up for the volunteers!)

I had the most wonderful experience at the hotel! The work was straight forward and what I expected. More than that though I had an incredible time exploring the lake with the other volunteers. By the end of my trip I really felt like I had found a home away from home. From jumping in the lake everyday, to exploring the villages around the lake, to enjoying the company of the those in the community. All around it was truly a beautiful experience :)

Thankyou the hotel - this is a beautiful place to live and work on the lake. The lodge is stunning with a dock to swim, a lovely shared room with other volunteers, the work is fair and fun, the food is delicious and the people you will meet here make it even more special. Fiona and Kate were great at communicating throughout my whole stay and made me feel comfortable straight away. If I could stay longer here I would !!

I absolutely loved my time here at the hotel! Everyone was so sweet and friendly and the place quickly became very special to me and became my home away from home. I did not want to leave! If you get the opportunity to volunteer here I highly recommend it. I've done worktrade all over in Central America and this was definitely my favorite. The workload is very fair mainly working in the restaurant and in reception with plenty of time off to explore the lake and all the fun things to do. The accommodations are super cozy and the whole vibe of the hotel is so magical .. I will absolutely return
