Programa detallado

We have a busy and very popular award winning guesthouse and we need extra pair of hands to help the owner in the kitchen in the busy summer months of August and September 2025. We have a structured day creating buffet and cooked breakfasts.
Presentation of the food is important and the quality of our ingredients is very high. We will train you.

Actividades & Turnos

Each day starts approximately 8am ( sometimes earlier if we have guests who need to leave early)
You will work with the team and prepare all the breakfast ingredients in house using local and in house produce. We bake our croissants and breads in our ovens, fresh fruit salads, compote, yoghurts, and make the kitchens ready for the wait staff to take a la carte orders. Our shifts are 5 hours per day working in an English speaking team.

Reglas

We really need an enthusiastic person who is happy to switch from task to task as the situation requires. We offer training but we really want someone with speed and energy and good reactions to busy guest needs.
We will need hygiene and presentation to be a priority. Training will be given and there will be time to practice and supervision is offered to anyone needing additional confidence. A great opportunity for a hotel trainee to move to the next level.
