I'm so grateful for the opportunity that Raimund has given me and the kids in the village. Everyone has been so welcoming. Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to teach at the school because of the school break; however, the kids came to me instead, which was very sweet of them. It's amazing to see how eager they are to learn even during their holidays. Everything here is clean and lovely. Raimund also always makes sure I have a full tummy throughout the day. Thank you again!

From the very first day, I was warmly welcomed by Raimund and his family. His wife, children, and grandparents were incredibly kind and always happy to share their culture, their cooking (you have to like spicy food, but it's delicious 😄), and their sports. A special thank you to Nicolas, Raimund's son, who taught me Muay Thai, introduced me to his friends, and made sure I had a great time outside the organization.

I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived! Raimund made sure I knew where everything was and how everything functioned within the camp. I was the only volunteer there for my first week but Raimund made it easy for me to settle in without too much pressure in the classroom or with my patients. If you're looking for a peaceful Worldpackers experience away from the chaos of Bangkok noise this is the place for you! He has 3 kids but they were amazing, and Anita his daughter, I would have stayed an extra month just for her. She's hilarious and has such a generous personality -11 going on 20

We are half way through our experience with volun2thai and it has been such a refreshing change from the tourist traps of Thailand. Meeting and interacting with locals, in the real Thailand. It has been an amazing experience and one I would recommend to anyone that is thinking of doing a volunteer project. It is very rewarding helping out the local people that are less fortunate than yourselves. The children are all very happy to see you with big smiles on there faces and in return you leave each day with a big smile on your face too. It's been a very good experience and the host is a legend!

I did not have a good experience with the organization and would not recommend it. The program was nothing like described online: there was no clear structure, plan, or meaningful community impact. Teaching was limited to about an hour a day, often canceled, with no curriculum or guidance from the host. Volunteers were left to improvise classes without any help, making the project unsustainable and not useful long term. Additionally, when met with suggestions, the host was extremely rude and disrespectful. While the ideals behind the NGO are admirable, it lacks structure and organisation.

thank you for your feedback. We would just like to clarify that your stay with us was actually very short – you left after two days. During that time, you had the chance to join a wonderful school celebration, meet the school directors and teachers, and be present when we were invited to a new school to start teaching the children there. Beyond that, we cannot really comment, as your time in the project was very limited.

I really enjoyed my time at V2T. Raimund and his family were very welcoming. My time spent with the children was very enriching and I truly felt I was making a difference. It was a great opportunity to learn more about life in rural Thailand. the organization is very much in nature so it is quite rustic there are lots of cats who are very cute. I found it a very peaceful place to stay. Thank you Raimund for the experience. I hope to come back.

Molly is a very friendly and positive person. She's spunky and good with kids. She enjoys English lessons with sports and games. She is helpful in the team, she thinks socially of her colleagues. She enjoys cooking and baking and is happy to share with everyone. We have grown very fond of her and she is always welcome back. If you're looking for an authentic Thai experience this is the program for you. Raimund was super flexible and has some exciting new projects upcoming that would be awesome to be involved it. The kids and teachers were lovely and was a great way for me to test myself and my skills in working with people.

Clare is a positive and proactive person, she is great with the team and the children take to her immediately. She has many skills and is very adaptable. She is characterised by great social skills. She has a lot of patience, which benefits the children. My own children have also spent a lot of time with her and have grown to love her. Raimaud offered a unique experience and opportunity to get involved with the locals A great experience getting to help out at the schools and a beautiful space with creative activities, even had an elephant show up at our front door! It was a really good experiencia! I was there for two weeks Volunteering as a Physiotherapist and also teaching English in the schools, looking make a impact in the community. I worked with a lady with stroke who was very happy for receive treatment. the organization is well prepared, and has different things to enjoy your time there. Like Ping Pong table, music instruments and a boxing gym. And you always can see children playing over there looking learn something, music, sports, whatever. you'll can develop all your skills with them. I learned a lot about the couture and their life style.
