Fue mi primera experiencia en el voluntariado y estoy totalmente seguro que me tocó el mejor lugar de todos. Calidez humana, solidaridad, diversión, aprendizajes, conversaciones de temas interesantes, transmisión de ideologías y pensamientos de vida, paseos a lugares turísticos, comunicación fluida, comidas típicas y regionales, socialización con los locales, entre tantas otras cosas. Tanto Padma como Piero y su comunidad de amigos, me hicieron sentir como uno más del resto incluyéndome en todo, agradezco de todo corazón que me hayan ayudado en todo e incluso en mucho más de lo que debían.

The project is a wonderful Manada Family ♥️ They cared for us like parents, supporting us in every way possible and integrating us as part of the family from the very beginning. I felt very comfortable. They are lovely, fun people with a great sense of humor. They are open to talk about anything you need, share their wisdom, or simply spend time together. They are open to new ideas and suggestions, and they are also flexible with time management and tasks. I am so grateful; I finished the experience full of love, wisdom, and new siblings of life ♥️

Uma das melhores experiencias que tive durante minha passagem no Chile. Padma e Piero são pessoas incríveis e o projeto é um lugar muito especial. Foi muito bom estar perto da natureza, cuidar dos animais, aprender um montão de coisas novas e conhecer outros voluntários - que em poucos dias já se tornaram família. Recomendo de olhos fechados. Sojammm! ❤️

Piero und Padma sind sehr herzlich, lustig und gastfreundlich. Die Aufgaben sind gut umsetzbar und man kann sich gut auch alleine Aufgaben suchen, die einem auffallen. Hunde, Pferde und Hühner machen den Aufenthalt noch schöner

I had an awesome experience with Padma & Piero in the lodge. They were very friendly & approachable. They are always willing to share their knowledge and know-hows. I got to try a variety of different task. (digging ditch to helping out with the bees) They also give you autonomy to do your task and doesn't micro manage. The dogs on the farm is amazing! I really mias them. They accompany me while i work. (: This ecological lodge is Highly recommend for those who wana learn about farming and the hosts are genuine & sincere. I will def be back if given the chance. Muchas gracias & Soham 🙏

Amazing experience! the Center is a super beautiful place, I felt welcomed since the first day. I loved to be close with the dogs and the horses, I will miss them so so much. The animals are the cutest <3 The work is fair and enjoyable, and it was a breath of fresh air to be able to be around nature and mountains. The hosts are awesome people :)

We had such a good time at Padma's & Piero's place and already miss it (we are gone for only 1/2 day now haha)! We especially miss the interesting and funny conversations after lunch, the (sometimes creepy) movie nights, and their cozy home. They have such an open, warm-hearted & funny attitude, aaand always a good story to tell. We learned a lot about building, gardening, bees, history, how to get rid of miners (haha ask them about the story), Chilean culture, and much more. When I asked Henri what I should write in this review, he said “just write that everyone should go there!”

Staying with Piero and Padma at the Center was an incredible experience. They were very welcoming and easy to talk to, and I felt comfortable there as soon as I arrived. They were great at accommodating the things we wanted to do and making time for trips into the city, and while the work was sometimes physically demanding it felt good to be doing work that contributed to the well-being of the land, and animals and people that live on it. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience, and I would be happy to go back and visit them any time. Gracias por todos!!

I had an absolutely wonderful time at the Center and am so sad to leave. Pierro and Padma did an incredible job at providing us with warm and welcoming place to stay. Our work was mainly fire prevention and our days were always filled with good food, lots of laughs, and a bunch of horse and puppy love! Thanks for everything

My time at the Center Ecológico the Center will forever be in my heart. The memories/kindness I received while I was there was like no other! The moment I arrived they greeted me with open arms and treated me like family. I would truly consider them my family away from home. This was my first Workaway experience in South America and I am very grateful for the cultural immersion provided. This experience is truly like no other in Chile, what I learned on the farm will stay with me forever and it's nothing you can learn online or from a guide book. I look forward to visiting my the Center family again💖

You are an excellent person, you have all the qualities of a great volunteer... but beyond that, you make the best sushi in the world!! heheh : D Seriously; You are a great, intelligent, creative, artistic person.
