In this cosy and beautiful place, they welcome you not as a volunteer, but as part of their family. I've honestly never met hosts so focused on helping you even if it's for personal things. Goodness is all around this hostel. Don't expect a party place, but more of a fun, chill one where you know you'll be warm after a crazy rainy day in Liverpool. Honestly, all you need to have a good time is to fulfill your chores (which are super easy) and treat everyone respectfully. This experience has been incredible, and I couldn't thank enough for everything I lived here.

I had amazing days during these 4 weeks at the Pod!! From all the places I've volunteered so far The Pod was the one where I got to talk and become friends with more people. It's a small, friendly, cozy and clean hostel. The hours of work are super ok and the staff really becomes a family since we share rooms and do all the work tasks together. We get a lot of free time to discover incredible Liverpool, as well. There's an Aldi 10 min walking and a bus stop 5 min walking that leaves you downtown in 15 min! Super recommend it

My experience at the hostel was very good. The hosts are very friendly, they treat you like one of the family. We share time together but you also have free time to go to other places and learn more about England. The hostel is "small" but beautiful and well equipped, and the tasks are easy. The team I was with was great and we shared great moments :) I send you a big hug from Spain, thanks for everything!

My experience in the Liverpool pod was amazing, I had a great time with Joseph, Kate, their family, and the staff, I felt like part of the family most of the time, we have nothing to complain only to say thank you the guest house opportunity, I recommend this hostel for people that want to be in touch with a lot of people from all over the world.

I had a wonderful experience at the Liverpool Pod. Everything about it was great: Joseph and his wife Kate are very welcoming and very nice people, they are also very helpful. The work is not difficult, they explain everything you have to do, show you (check-in and out and cleaning). The hostel is very friendly, there is a great atmosphere in it. But also important, you quickly feel like home ! The staff was amazing and I couldn't hope for a better first experience, it was truly amazing.

My first experience with Worldpackers could not be better. I felt at home from my first day and the hostel is an very welcoming place. The volunteers are also great and very friendly. The tasks are very very easy and simple and the host, Joseph, is extremely kind and patient to teach you. He helped me with everything I needed. I had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world and to improve my English. I really enjoyed my time in Liverpool, the hostel and the team made my experience in the city even more special. I recommend this hostel to everyone. Thanks for everything!

I was so blessed with this experience. The staff is extremely incredible and I felt at home. Joseph and Kate are the sweetest couple ever and they helped me with everything I needed. I worked fair amount of hours and still was able to do everything I wanted to do in the city. I got to learn a lot about how to run a hostel and I will definitely come back again to visit. I totally recommend this to everyone who is willing to learn and wants to have a great time in Liverpool!

BEST PLACE EVER. I can never be enough grateful for my time here in The Pod ❤ Joseph and his Family made me feel just like in home, they are such nice people. Very warm. The atmosphere there is very warm and relaxed! If you don't like to do cleaning and help is not the place for you! The tasks are very very easy I can tell you that 😊 and you will have enough time for knowing the city. The hardest part was having to say goodbye to everyone. Thank you for everything!!! Wish you the best of success jn the hostel guys ❤ you are building a beautiful place.

I had a really great time at The Liverpool Pod. I felt like home from the first minute on. The other helpers were really nice and integrated me immediately to the group. The owner and his family really care about the volunteers and try their best to make you feel like home! With success I would say;) The tasks in the hostel are easy and need not that much time to understand. If you like to work in a group and always give your best and also be polite, the Pod will be a great place for you! It was an amazing experience to work here and I can highly recommend this place! Thank you very much!!

When I arrived to Liverpool I didnd't believe that I would find such a cozy place. For me it has been a wonderful experience, I have met many people and I have been able to practice and improve my english. The owner and his family are very friendly and make you feel at home. I'm very grateful to them!! In the hostel you have a easy work, and you have enough free time for to visit nearby places. Definetely if you are thinking of traveling to England you should choose this place. I totally recommend it!!
