Such a great experience working at the hostel! The staff are very welcoming and after some time, you really feel like you are a part of a family. The work is straightforward and you get a couple days off per week during which you can take advantage of the tours that the hostal offers free for its volunteers. The hostal is spacious and clean and in a really great location in Santiago- near a metro station, several parks, and a 10 minute walk to the major bars and clubs in the area. I already miss Santiago and the hostel! Would definitely recommend and hope to return one day!

Volunteering at the hostel was one of the best experiences of my life. There's not one thing I can say that I didn't like. The staff is super close and everyone helps you with everything you need, they are patient to explain the tasks and very kind too. The accommodation for volunteers is perfect and hostel a marvel. I have met people who will always be kept in my heart, and I learned things that only traveling is learned. My sincere thanks to everyone who makes the hostel the best for guests, volunteers and of course a great living environment. I'll miss them a LOT!

The hostel has been a fantastic experience for me. The hostel is huge and well-placed with a fantastic atmosphere, and is a fantastic place to spend time whether working or not. Only regret is that I couldnt spend longer.

Bom demais :) o hostal tem uma estrutura absurda e o staff é muuuito amorzinho! Todos te recebem muito bem e tem paciência, de modo que você se sente muito confortável para tirar eventuais dúvidas e dar algumas sugestões! Recomendo demais demais! Puta experiência ♡

Experiência maravilhosa! A equipe do Hostal é demais, todos me receberam super bem e me ajudaram quando eu precisei! Fui voluntária por 1 mês, trabalhei na recepção e na cozinha. É uma ótima oportunidade para quem busca crescimento pessoal de maneira geral :) Obrigada por tudo, o hostel!

Experiencia incrivel, me senti em casa, todos que conheci que trabalham aqui, foram otimos comigo... Sobre o trabalho, muito tranquilo, trabalhei a maior parte do tempo na recepcao, nos ultimos dias trabalhei na cozinha, quando cheguei Joseph me deu toda a atencao explicando sobre o hostel, e alem de tudo fiz amigos aqui... Agradeco a todos por compartilharem experiencias e sorrisos... Gratidao... desculpa a ortografia, mas o teclado nao me ajudou muito rs

I had an amazing time at the hostel! The staff is super nice and welcoming, the hostal has a great structure and is very well located, the tasks are really enjoyable and the benefits of being an volunteer surpassed my expectations (regarding free tours, free pub crawls, discounts and more!). The only negative aspect I can think of is the volunteers room; it's not very space full and there is a lot of noise during the night and early morning right outside the room. In general, an awesome experience that I would do again anytime and would recommend to everyone :)

It was really an amazing experience the time that i spent there,much more good points than bad ones(nothing so remarkable when you analyze the big picture).The host always concerned regarding how was my experience,everytime that i need i had assistance and the co-workers were really incredible people,they work like a real team,one helping each other.Sometimes it doesn't even seem that you are working because the hostal has an awesome environment.Everyday you have a complete breakfast and a delicious lunch too and also a lot of free activities in santiago and outside.So i strongly thanks them.

I cannot thank the hostel enough for my amazing experience working there :) As a traveler/volunteer, you are also part of the staff (lunch is included) and you can really make the difference with ideas and new ways of doing things when helping in the reception. The work hours are fair, you get like 2 days off per week, which means you can also travel a bit. The hostel has great deals with other hostels and travel agencies, so you can have extra perks ;) I definitely recommend the hostel for those who want to explore Santiago and the chilean culture!

The hostel and its staff are great, I couldn't ask for more. Good instalations, great location and really welcoming and helpfull people. A perfect place to make friends from all over the world in such a nice atmosphere. Everything went as agreed and if something was missing it was totally compensated for the benefits of being there. Totally recomended. It's not by chance that I'll be back soon!
