La peor experiencia que tuve en dos años como voluntaria. La comunicación del anfitrión malisima, desde un principio no aclaro bien los horarios, nunca fue flexible con los mismos.No cumplió con lo que estaba informado en wp, el anuncio decía que disponíamos de desayuno todos los días de la estadía y él solo nos quería dar los días trabajados, no nos permitía tomar agua potable, solo del grifo,no quería darnos papel higiénico.En tres días de estadía me cambio tres veces de cuarto.Cuando le exprese mi disconformidad sugirió que me fuera. El último día me despertó muy temprano para que me fuera.

Si como lo dijimos creeemos que el problema era mas entre ustedes con las peleas de pareja. Ya que es la primera vez que se dan malos entendidos con voluntarios . fue una pena que No pudieron trabajar aca pero unos dias de alojamiento grratis con desayuno y disfrutar de la playa eh instalaciones pensamos que los alegraria .igual lo mejor en su viaje

The hostel es un muy bonito lugar para hacer voluntariado, la fe te ahí es muy amable. Pablo, Clift y don Teovaldo son muy buenas personas, siempre dispuestas a ayudar y a enseñar las tareas. Las actividades que tienes que hacer son muy sencillas y tienes la playa a 10 paso de tu cuarto. Se disfruta mucho la vista y la vida en montañita. Seguro volvería

Flor & Pablo are truly exceptional hosts! From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at home with their warmth and kindness. The work was very easy, well-organized, and never overwhelming, which left plenty of time to enjoy the incredible vibe of the hostel. The space itself is beautiful, welcoming, and creates the perfect atmosphere to connect with other travelers. This has been one of my best volunteer experiences in Ecuador, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and enriching stay!

I am beyond thankful for my stay at the hostel!! this place really is heaven on earth🥹 i got to wake up every day next to a beautiful beach outside montañita, where i spent my days surfing, diving, enjoying the sun and getting to know the local community and the guests that came by. pablo, the owner, really cared about me having a good time volunteering, and made me feel super welcome and included during my stay. it has been a pleasure getting to know the hostel family and i really hope to be back as soon as possible! thank you for everything pablo, you are the best💌

I absolutely loved my time at the hostel! The hosts, Maxim and Audrey, were amazing—super welcoming, kind, and easy to connect with. The hostel itself is incredibly calm, clean, and well-maintained. Ecuador as a whole was gorgeous and full of warmth. In one word: chill. I will note, the address listed on Worldpackers is incorrect, but the location on Google Maps is accurate. the hostel is actually right next to Manglaralto, not directly in Montañita.

I stayed three weeks as a volunteer at the hostel, and I have to say - I loved it. The hostel has a pretty chill atmosphere, is right in front of the beach, and has a dreamy pool. The hosts, Audrey and Maxime, are the absolute best people on earth, working with them was an amazing experience, they really make the volunteers feel heard, respected, appreciated, and liked. The owner, Pablo, is also great, as well as everyone on the team. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely and tranquil stay by the beach!

I loved the hostel. This was my first volunteer experience, and I highly recommend it. The place is very large, quiet, and safe, with access to several activities. Pablo and Flor are very respectful and look for ways to help you with whatever you need. You can also meet foreigners and make friends. I thank them for welcoming me with open arms and hope to return again.

This was my first Worldpackers experience and it was a great one. The hosts, Pablo and Flo, made me feel very welcome from before I arrived. They also let me know about all different opportunities I could access locally to enhance my visit to Montanita. The other person who lived on site, Jeremy, has also become a great friend. The other volunteers I met, as well as the guests have already become great friends, which also helped enrich my experience. The tasks were generally easy and there was always help on hand for things I found more challenging. I am hoping to visit again next year.

A localização do hostel é bem privilegiada, acesso ao mar e ao rio de água doce em menos de um minuto, a estadia foi bem tranquila. Pablo é bem flexível com os horários e tarefas, os voluntários também dividem as tarefas entre si, então não pesava muito para ninguém. O café da manhã inclui suco natural, pão, vegetais e ovos, bem servidos! A equipe é bem tranquila e as acomodações do quarto são simples mas atendem o propósito
