I did my first volunteering at the project, and it was the best decision I have ever made. The people are super friendly and patient; they are always very attentive and provide a lot of support. I worked in the kitchen with Paul, and it was a wonderful experience. I loved working with him and Dave; they helped me a lot, and I learned a lot from them. I also want to highlight Jo and Sian, wonderful and affectionate people, who made my stay there pleasant and very enjoyable. Thank you very much for the trust you placed in me on several occasions. I promise to return.

It was my first experience, and the best! I'm sure I chose the right place to start the year volunteering. Everyone at the center is attentive, even if you don't speak English well, and you have the opportunity to improve. I made many friends that I want to keep for life, and I hope to come back here next year. Jordan and Jason are excellent professionals who helped me with everything. Sian is a spectacular and patient person. Additionally, the rooms are great, and you feel very safe staying here. The food is wonderful; I'll continue to eat well with the recipes I learned to make here.

It was an incredible experience that enriched both my personal and professional life. The time I spent there allowed me to learn about Buddhism and its practices, which helped me gain deeper insights into myself and my surroundings. The people at the center were truly amazing. I met many wonderful individuals and made numerous connections that I will cherish for a long time. I am immensely grateful for the experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a meaningful and enriching volunteer opportunity.

Being part of the project team was the best experience in my life, this volunteering changed my life and was a safe space to had deep reflections about my life, my relationship with other people. The community is charming and the people are very kind and patient, you can learn and practice english, have access to meditation workshops and the vegetarian food is amaizing. We had a very good relationship with the volunteers and residents of the center. I feel really lucky to live this experience and I totally recommend it. I will be back :)

This was one of favorite experiences as a volunteer in UK. I learned a lot. People were lovely; especially Jason, one of the managers of the Cafe, because he could really connect with his teams during this time I was there. He is an amazing leader and a very patient person. If you decide to go, get ready for deeply connections with people and awareness learnings. Thanks to everyone involved in this volunteer. Love you all! I definitely recommend this volunteer experience!!! 🙏

Não podia ter escolhido lugar melhor para meu primeiro voluntariado! O lugar é deslumbrante de lindo com toda a natureza em volta, a vila é pequena e afastada das cidades grandes, então se você procura paz e se conectar com a natureza, esse é o lugar perfeito. Confesso que para mim a melhor parte foram as pessoas que conheci, trabalhei com um grupo de voluntários incríveis, sem falar no gerente do café, uma pessoa maravilhosa que tornou tudo melhor. O lugar é bem organizado e cumpriram as horas combinadas, sendo super flexíveis e compreensíveis caso acontecesse algo. Super recomendo!

Great place to learn new things, contribute to team activities, and meet new people. The place is picturesque and you get to meet travelers from all over the world. Everyone on-site contributes as part of a team to ensure the center runs smoothly and efficiently. You will have the chance to try different jobs like working in the café, the kitchen, housekeeping, gardening, and more! Being open-minded & adaptable will serve you well. Enjoy! 🌻

I spent a month in the project Center, and it was a lovely experience. I would come back again for sure! They have a beautiful community, and the place is really peaceful. It's an excellent begging if you want to keep in touch with budisim as well.
