The experience at the campament was INCREDIBLE. Sicily has beautiful views and you could discover a new corner full of nature every day. The local people were always very friendly and welcoming. The group of volunteers became a family, many of us didn't really know what to do at first but we all had a very good attitude to help and learn. I just can say thanks to all of them. The only thing I feel was lacking was a more fluid and respectful relationship on Christian's part, since he did not share with us, and communicating with him was difficult.

People who choose to talk destructively about others rather than constructively *with them* will not deserve respect and may even be send away in the future. A view of these can spoil the good mood of a large group. For too long we have had great patience with these weak characters. Unfortunately we cannot help everyone.
If you show respect you can enjoy instead the time of your life!

It has been one of the best experiences of my life. There were people from all over the world. We were like a big family. The stay there was quite an adventure, every day we faced a different adventure. The experience has helped me connect with nature and make personal growth. A negative point was that Christian didn't treat us with the respect that we deserved. He never thanked us and often answered us in bad ways and shouted at us. However, he also has many initiatives and very good projects that are worth it.

Until the last day you said you love it. In the private comment you even write "Christian It was a pleasure to meet you." Unfortunately It wasnt a pleasure for him. Extra for you he walked 8 km, carying your stuff, only that you could enjoy the lonely beach. You did not show any respect at all instead. Thank you for nothing!
We set now the age higher on Worldpackers that spoiled kids like you will not show up again.

I had a beautiful experience at Eco Avventura, where I got to experience Sicilian culture at a slow, environmentally conscious pace whilst meeting some amazing people from around the world. It's an experience that has challenges and discomforts due to the basic living environment but it's all worth it. Some core memories were definitely formed as part of it! Thankyou:))

This was a great experience to get in touch with nature and meet other volunteers. Christian has big dreams which demand some work but well worth it and makes the beach days and adventures more fun. Mosquitoes are inevitable but a little citronella and good company can resolve the itch. We spent most of our days caring for the animals, gardening, focusing on bigger projects and doing side missions. Christian cannot oversee and lead everything going on at camp, so at times the work felt unorganized but the elder volunteers took charge and helped. Overall great vibes!!

We had some very "unorganized party kids" in the camp. In the future we have to send those back which bring the team spirit down. Who ever respects the environment and is able to listen the simple advices instead can make the experiences of their lifetime. Team work makes the dream work! Over all *clear open communication* leads to success and a lovely peacefull atmosphere.

The people coming there were so so so loveley, everytime someone had to leave (or when i had to leave) it felt like a little hardbreak. I'm very grateful for christian showing us the most beautiful spots of nature in Sicily. The places he took us onto adventures were not well known by tourist so it really is calming. Most questions about the work we asked to the other volunteers, because christian was not always around and sometimes when he was he was really tired, which was very understandable. The views from the project are amazing and the lonely beach was just breathtaking

Teamwork makes the dream work.
One main goal of the Adventure Hill is to help others becoming *independent* in life. Anyway Christian as team leader, as well others (guided before by Christian) are always available for questions. (Of course one after the others and besides we organizer the whole huge project.) The potential is enourmus. *Just tell what you want and what you need.*

The last days also some "drug kids" came as "volunteers". As streetworker we helped them also in the past in the cities and to stay in the nature can help them. Only it is less helpfull when they doing drugs in the camp. - Telling them to stop poisoning themselves and others, and if they dont stop in worst case tell them to leave is definitely tiring.

Luckily most of the time people here show more respect for the project and themselves. It is than always amazing to see the teamprocess, how "strangers" from all around the world become one big family.

*Learning by doing* helps a lot. And again: Teamwork makes the dream work!

It was a great experience, I felt welcome and I enjoyed spending so much time in nature and living in a way that is more environment friendly. The other volunteers were so amazing and kind. Also I learned a lot about gardening during my stay. Christian is respectful and has a lot of knowledge about Sicilie and knows a lot of locals. One thing that you should know though is that the beach is not close, it takes about 20 Minutes with the car or 2 hours if you walk. And also, there are no dance lessons or surfing lessons. At least there where none, when I was there.

We have some of the most beautiful beaches directly below the Adventure Hill. The next beach is only 1 km of road, then 5 km surrounded by amazing nature. In an hour, a 60-year-old woman made it walking.

10 minutes by car.
So we don't understand your way of counting time.

Surf lessons are possible. COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY.
