The good: beautiful property and accommodations and the food is AMAZING. The not good: When the winery is closed it's difficult for you to leave the property (no gate access). My first week there was no communication about shifts, and I felt that I was viewed and treated as nothing more than free labor. All I did was waitressing I learned nothing about winemaking as the post suggests. The hosts were usually too busy to help me, I was often left stranded (literally on the side of the road once), and the property is very far from town. The WiFi is horrible. I felt very isolated and lonely here.

The team at the winery is lovely - they all put in so much effort despite the language barrier to be inclusive both at work and during my stay. Asli, who manages your stay, is kind and made sure I was happy with everything in the room (which was private with a bathroom, may change if its busier) and at work. The vineyard is gorgeous and the food is incredible. Just some things to note: bring beige pants for working in and a white tshirt, the team speaks minimal English so perhaps learn some very basic Turkish related to simple kitchen tasks, the WiFi is very slow don't expect to download anything.

100/10. My eyes feasted the whole time I was there. The cellar room inside is very nice. I didn't do it, but you have the chance to try interesting experiences like bottling wine. A place where you can learn a lot about Mediterranean cuisine. You can also sometimes taste the leftovers at the end of the day. The food and accommodation were great in general. I am very happy to meet and spend time with Asli and her team. Asli is a very sincere and helpful woman, she always tries to provide the best experience for both you and her employees. If I didn't have plans I would love to stay there more.
