Estar en este voluntariado me gustó muchísimo . Es una experiencia muy dinámica y agradable. Moi es muy flexible y comprensible . Además tienes bastante tiempo libre para hacer lo que quieras y el voluntariado está en zona céntrica del pueblo principal . Lo recomiendo 100%

Fue una aventura muy divertida , me tocó un equipo hermoso, superamos desafíos y aprendimos cosas nuevas! Me encanta andar en scooter así que disfrute mucho recorriendo la isla y la beach party!

El ambiente en el voluntariado fue excesivamente controlador. Un día repartimos por la calle y estuve una hora sin mandar fotos, y en el grupo nos dijeron: “No foto = no work”, dando a entender que no estábamos cumpliendo, lo cual fue frustrante. Otro día alquilé una scooter tras avisar y rellenar el formulario, pero al día siguiente me dijeron que debía devolverla antes de las 13:30 sin previo aviso, y cuando intenté explicarlo, solo dijeron que “si yo no entendía la importancia de ese día, no era su problema”. Si buscas un voluntariado basado en confianza y buen trato, no lo recomiendo.

I dont know what you are trying to say since this is all in Spanish.. But this is a very good example of why you didnt had a good time here - communication! First of all when you are not confident enough to speak English you shouldnt apply for volunteering in other countries, especially for a position where you need to talk to people a lot. And then second, if you dont understand the tasks or the way we work properly, please ask questions! Communication is key for a positive experience.

I loved my time in the host phanagn! The team was lovely and Mo was a great host. The house is very comfortable with enough room for everyone and there's so much to explore on the days off. I definitely recommend this experience.

This was my very first volunteer experience and it couldn't have been better! The host was super cool, friendly and always helpful. The job is really fun and enjoyable, and while working you already get to explore the island, so you know exactly where to go on your days off. I met great people, saw amazing spots and had an unforgettable time. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

Mo is an incredibly welcoming, kind, generous host - and a great DJ. Everything was very clear since begging and the job is nice and fun. Highly recommend this experience! A perfect 10/10!

Came here for 2 weeks ended up staying longer because it was such an amazing opportunity and experience with Mo and the other volunteers. If you like going out and truly getting to explore the island and meet tons of people while working you will enjoy this so much. I will definitely be staying around for a while!!!

This was a great volunteer experience that also allows a great balance of work and rest. Everything is exactly as reads in the description. The job is very simple and allows you to explore a lot of the island both when working and in your free time. Mo is a really nice host and works with you whenever you need. If you're thinking about applying, definitely do it !
