I had volunteered in the hostel for 3 weeks but I honestly wish I could stay longer! From the beginning, I spoke to Carlos who was always available to answer any questions I had. After arrival, I was welcomed by other volunteers and was able to connect with the guests as well. My area of volunteering was the reception of the hostel Enigmatic, one of the most beautiful hotels in Cancún. Special shout out goes to the permanent receptionists who were friendly, fun and made my working experience worth it. Out of the 4 months I spent in Mexico, I learned the most Spanish in those 3 weeks. Recommend!

The hostel is an amazing team of people to be friends with and an amazing group of sites where you can develop your skills. They are working on their sites to make improvements and make them even more comfortable. What an amazing team of volunteers I had during my stay there. All the moments with the team are the most remarkable memories I have from this first experience. The beach, the sun, parties, living with people from different cultures, different activities every day, joy and excitement. the hostel is the perfect place for you if you like all of that. I hope you can live the experience.

Minha experiência no hostel foi INCRÍVEL! Fui muito bem recebida pelo anfitrião Carlos e toda equipe do hostel desde o inicio. O trabalho acordado foi cumprido, horas de trabalho respeitas e houve sempre uma preocupação do anfitrião para que os voluntários aproveitassem a experiência, o que me surpreendeu de maneira muito positiva. A localização, limpeza e qualidade dos hotels o hostel são excelentes e os hospedes costumam ser muito amigáveis e viajantes do mundo. Em suma, aprendi novas habilidades, me diverti e conheci pessoas queridíssimas nesse voluntariado. 5 estrelas! RECOMENDO!

I had a nice stay here overall. The rooms and accommodations were really clean and comfortable, which made my time pleasant. The host was welcoming, and the atmosphere was good. The only downside was that the work I ended up doing wasn't what I had expected or what was originally agreed upon. It wasn't a huge issue, but it's important for future volunteers to know so expectations are clear. Other than that, it was a positive experience and I appreciated the opportunity to stay here.

The host is really nice, he's laid back a let tou do your own thing. This was so nice, I could give my own touch on the activitys! He helps you also a lot! The balans between this makes him a good host!

I had a great time at the hostel! I met so many wonderful people and made so many memories. the hostel has multiple locations though, which you will have to walk to and from on a regular basis. the other volunteers and travelers is what really made this a great experience for me. the location of the hostel is nice and close to lots of restaurants and shops. work hours were respected, but you may be assigned to a different job than the one you signed up for. the food provided is usually not very good so be prepared to grocery shop haha. music also plays pretty loud at night so bring earplugs.

It was an incredible experience! The facilities are great, the activities are perfect for meeting people and making friends, Carlos respects our preferences from the beginning when choosing activities as a volunteer. The location of the hostel is perfect and access to transport is very easy! I am very grateful to the both Carlos responsible for providing this experience for us, and to the reception and cleaning team, who are always very kind. 🤍

I had a great time at the hostel! Everyone was very friendly with me, starting from the people at the reception and also at the bar. I worked as a concierge experience helping Carlos with the activities organized by the hostel and it was really fun, he's an amazing person! Thanks to this experience I had the possibility to meet new people and creating amazing memories and bonds with people that now became my friends! I will definitely come back!
